Prior experience in supplying chauffeur-driven vehicles to government departments/PSUs/ corporates or reputed institutions (5to10 years higher marks).Availability of backup vehicles in case of breakdowns.Vehicle condition,make,and model year (e.g., not older than 3 years, well-maintained, valid insurance and fitness certificates).Adherence to statutory compliances (RC, permits, insurance, PUC, fitness certificates).

Understanding of the assignment requirements and service expectations(availability,punctuality, safety).Proposed vehicle management plan:scheduling, standby arrangements, and maintenance strategy.Safety and comfort measures for executives (e.g., GPS,first aid,cleaninteriors,AC, bottled water).Escalation and grievance redressal mechanism in case of service failure.

General Team Requirements for the Assignment:Credentials of the primary LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driver.Credentials of the secondary/standby LMV driver

Average Annual Turnover of the Applicant over the Last Two Financial Years.Less than INR 50 Lakhs INR 50 Lakhs and above. Financial stability (profitability, no blacklisting).Price competitiveness with transparent breakup of charges (monthly rental, overtime, fuelreimbursement, etc.
