“Construction of Circuit House at Daporijo” with the following scopes: Construction of RCC framed building as per drawing and specification for a total plinth area of 1000 – 1300 sqm including all floors. i. Earthwork including disposal up to 5 Km distance. ii. Dismantling of existing 02 Nos of buildings and disposal of debris thereof. iii. Water supply and sanitary iv. Electrification v. AC and Firefighting as per drawing and specification. vi. Lift for 05-person capacity. vii. Furniture and interior design. viii. All such subheads of work which are of a general nature and constitute mandatory components of building construction, required to render the structure complete, habitable, and fit for dwelling, as ordinarily necessary under standard building practice. ix. Testing and Commissioning.
