The contracotor shall be fully responsible to safe guard these materials against losses/theft/deterioration etc till the same are deposited by him in MES Store yard (b) The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend office of AGE B/R for collection of complaints raised by user on regular basis and same has to be rectified /completed on requirement basis. If the contractors unable to rectify the complaints within stipulated time of 7 days (maximum), the penalty will be imposed to the contractor at the rate of Rs 500.00 per day for each complaint.
Notes:- (c) The above aspects shall be borne in mind by the tenderer while quoting the rates. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include the above aspects. (d) Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender.
