PART(A) Street Light Work

S/Fof decorative pole of Durable Mild Steel with a total height of 8mtr above ground level. Pole bottom base section shall be 300x150x1500mm, 4mm thickness column with predesigned laser cut Pattern to illuminate the surroundings in 20W with noticeable mode, next-section of double pipe of size 60x6500x3mm to work together to form unique design with mid section of illuminated in warm white laser cut design with golden casting embellishment and predesign laser cut illuminated in arm white 60W double arm bracket of 3900mm long. The base plate of pole shall be of size 550x350x12mm. Bracket hold street light of 150W each.Provision for inside termination box with 4way connector & 2 nos 6 AMPS MCB for local isolation. The pole is primarily coated with primer, secondary epoxy resin and top coated with UV stabilized powder coat and cured. The decorative pole is suitable for outdoor lighting application. Pole light is complete in all aspects with all accessories. as per direction of engineer-in-charge. (A.R.) Make Ligman/Regent/Kesselac/Philips or any other equivalent make as per E/I.

Construction of civil foundation for 10/8.0M decorative pole (RCC 1:2:4) size 600x600x2300mm having verticle m.s. bar size 12mm, 8 Nos. of square m.s. ring of 500mmX500mm from 8mm bar with 63mm HDPE pie for cable entry size 0.5mX2Nos. etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. PSR.

S/F of decorative column light is 3mtr above the ground level.Bottom Section of the column 2000X160mm, Illuminated section 1000mm.Base Pleate size:250X250X10mm thickness.Diffuser made of UV stabilized clear or PL.Column light is faricated from aluminium extrusion or MS with precisely cut patterns for a sophisticated presentation.Fitting is wired with control gear suitable for LED engine of 30W,CRI>80,110lm/W, IP65 and life time 50000hrs. CCT 3000K/4000K/6500K as per the Project. The decorative pole is suitable for outdoor lighting application.Column light is complete in all aspects with all accessories. as per direction of engineer-in-charge. (A.R.) Construction of civil foundation suitable for upto 7Mtr. pole (R.C.C. 1.2.4) size 500x500x1800mm having vertical m.s. bar size 12mm, 8Nos. & square m.s. ring of 400x400x8mm bar with 63mm HDPE pipe for cable entry size 0.5mtr x 2 Nos.. etc complete in all respect as per direction of E/I.

Supply, Laying, jointing, testing & commissioning of ISI marked HDPE pipe (PE 80) 63mm dia as per IS 4984 including transportation upto the site jointing by butt welding, providing and fixing all fittings i.e. bends, tees, couples junction, tapers, reducers, adoptors end caps, flange with nut & bolts for fixing of appurtenances compete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (ISI Approved).

Supply & Erracetion of factory fabricated & wired metal clad dust and vermin proof floor mounting, M.S. Channel Base with bottom and top cable entreis Electrical control panel with TPN MCCB's (Four Pole 36 KA with thermal magnatic release)Switches Complete and instrument chamber etc.complete in all respects. The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type digital metering system for phase to phase voltage and single phase voltage, current and other parameters(KVA,P.F,KW etc) in each phase with touch type selector switches for different readings, instrument fuses, current transformer etc. The panel board shall have suitable capacity electrolytic alumininum busbars as per IS8623 or above istulated with heat shrink sleeving and mounted on non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/BMC support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides. The MCCB's shall be complete with suitable cable end boxes, compression glands and indicating lamp on incoming etc. as per directions of Engineer-in charge. All out goings of 100 Amp and above shall have an Ammeter. The panel board shall be fabricated with CRCA sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.6mm/2mm. Cubicle type switch board shall be of cat A & B Only SOR/Elec/18/Ch.8/812.

S/F of 40A TPN of Automatic street light cubicle control panel painted with anti corrosive alkali and acid proof paint consisting of time switch TSO 100 series with contractors, HRC fuses, isolating switch metering instrument & instrument box with CTs etc, in case of TPN, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S/L of following cable "Al" conductor P.V.C. insulated armoured served sheathed cable 1100V grade at a depth of 750mm. Below ground level over a cushion of 75mm. Thick sand alround and protected with burnt bricks on side an top on surface the cable run shall be fixed on MS clamp of suitable size, approved make UPPPCL/Kesco Approved as per direction of E/I. complete in all respects.
