Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for RCC column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mis (One Cement Three Sand and six Aggragate) Using 20mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with CM 1:4 mix using 20mm thick for vent portsion including cost of conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete
