Having Micro prismatic- panels of retro-reflective panel of sheeting confirming to IRC 67-2012 type IV HIP and of size 80mm x 150 mm as per clause no. 800 of MORT&H. Complete delineator processed by heat treatment process to makes it resistant to all weather effects fixed in C.C. 1:2:4 block Size of 300 x300 x 450 mm. as clause No. 806 of MORT&H specification 5th revision 2013.

CAT EYES:- Pavement marker (cat eyes) Molded shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specification of Category A of MORT&H Circular No. RW/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dt. 11.06.1997. The Height width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+ /-2 mm and height not less than 30+/-2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer (of reputed make such as Avery Dennison/3M/etc.)

MEDIAN MARKER:- Flexible Median Markers shall be made of combination of tough,high impact resistant moulded thermoplastic body with U shape structure and rebound property. The physical parameters of the flexible median marker shall be minimum Overall Height-minimum 180mm, body thickness-minimum 2mm, shank depth-minimum 30mm. The exposed body structure should be cornered rounded for better aesthetics. The plastic use for moulding the flexible median marker shall have a minimum notched izod impact strength value of 4.11 j/cm@thickness 3.17 mm) at room temperature, tested in accordance with ASTND256. The outer part of body shall have the abrasion loss not less than 35mm 3when tested accordance with DIN53505 and DIN53516 respectively and shall retain at least 70% of this value when it is subjected to accelerated weathering for 500hrs as per the ASTM G155 standard. The flexible Median marker shall have U shaped florescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting with minimum exposed reflective area 285mm 2. The reflective sheeting should confirm to type XI florescent yellow sheeting as per IRC:67: 2012 ASTM D4956-11. The third party test report for reflective sheeting shall be submitted along with product information. The product design has to with stand all natural impacts and should not get damaged if any pedestrian stamp on top of it intentionally or unintentionally. The product should bend up to 90 degree on both side (becoming completely horizontal), it should be able to take minimum 200 stamping without any significant damage

HAZARD MARKER:- Providing and fixing retro-reflective hazard marker confirming to IRC 79: 1981 of size 900x300 mm with black support of M S angle 25x25x3 mm and leg post of 50x50x5mm duly painted, 1500 mm high embedded into 0.3x0.3x0.45m M20 grade Concrete as per site requirements, using non-metalic micro-prismatic retro-reflective sheet confirming to IRC: 67-2012 type XI specification fixed on 3 mm thick aluminum composite Material sheet as base with pressure senstive adhesive having 0.5 mm thick aluminum on both sides.

kerb stone:- Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in Kerbs and the like items, finished smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on exposed surface including form work, placing and fixing in position, complete at the ground level or in first storey. (HSR 10.77).

Enamel painting on kerb stone:- Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces complete in all respect as per section 800 of MORT&H specification-2013.

PCC M20:- Providing and laying plain cement concrete M-20 (aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundation. The rate shall include the cost of all labour, material etc complete job as per clause No. 1000/1500/1700 of MORT&H specification 5th revision 2013 including bailing out water to keep the area dry as per instruction of Engineer in charger complete in all respect.

Providing and marking centre line/side line with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint 10cms wide /15cm wide complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, materials, tools, equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out in work at site confirming to the technical specification as clause No. 803.4 of MORT&H specification for road & bridge works (5th revision) of 2013/latest edition. Each container of the thermoplastic material shall have the name trademark or other means of identification of manufacturer, batch number, date of manufacture color maximum application temperature and maximum heating temperature. The thermoplastic paint material shall be of Asian Paint-Apcomark/Berger-Sigmarc/Prismo. The glass beads shall be of Potters/Sovitec/Fleolite. The thermoplastic material shall be sampled and tested in accordance with appropriate ASTM/BS method. The contractor shall furnish to the Engineer-in-charge a copy of certified test reports from the manufacturer of the thermoplastic material meet all requirement of the specifications. The reflectorzing glass beads shall meet the requirement of clause 803.4.2 and test methods mentioned in clause 803.4.2.4 shall be meticulously followed. The minimum thickness specified is exclusive of surface of glass beads. The method of thickness measurement shall be in accordance with appendix B and C of BS:3262 (part-3). Note:-Before start of work the contractor shall give brand, batch no. manufacturing date of the material to be used.

MS RAILING:- Providing, fitting and fixing mild steel railing fixed in position complete in all respect as per drawing attached with DNIT and technical specification as per clause No. 2703 and section-1900 of MORT&H specification-2013.
