BOQ ( Sch A ) Electric works Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50M wide and not exceeding 1.5M depth in hard/dense soil and getting out for laying pipes, cables etc and fitting including forming bottom surface to required level and slope complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed..

Supply, laying, jointing , testing and commissioning under ground LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 50sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches, floor through pipes,in duct, on pole and roads etc including making good as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for the same. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and cement protection cover will be measured and paid separately under respective items

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement)

Material and labour for brick protection to cable using old size class 'B' bricks, laid flat, dry butt jointed, laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fabricating and fixing cross arms (any type) supports, bracing, stiffener etc made out of MS channel, angle iron , flat iron of any size including drilling of holes, making clamps, eye hooks, nuts, bolts and washers etc, welding if required including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint including dismantling of unserviceable cross arm complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for stringing, stretching and strengthening of overhead conductor (ACSR) on existing LT steel tubular pole, RS Joist , LT electric polr including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire and following sizes ACSR conductors: - (a) 6/1 X 2.59 mm aluminium and 1 X 2.59 mm steel (Weasel) Note:-Any break or damage to insulator shall be changed by the contractor without any extra cost. Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included this.

Supply and fixing pin type, porelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 75 mm height and 90 mm dia for working pressure of 1100 volts, LT complete with galvanised mild steel strap of size 31 X 3 mm / flat iron 50 X 6 mm ‘D’ clamp or ‘U’ clamp of suitable size and holding clamp, washers, insulator bolts of 12 mm dia, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair loop type insulator small size, with overall dimensions 65x90mm, clearance of hole 16mm porcleain vitreous, white, brown or green complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for for MCCB 4 pole 415V adjustable type 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be included in the item rate.

Supply and fixing / laying of galvanized iron pipe of 50 mm nominal bore light grade for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc with clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be included in the item rate.

Material and labour for supply, transporting, erecting truly in vertical position and fixing of steel tubular pole swaged, over all length 9 metres, type 410 – SP – 31 complete with mild steel base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, MS bolts, nuts & washers, necessary excavation & earthwork in hard / dense soil, PCC sub base block as mass concrete of size 600 X 600 X 150 mm in cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 in base of foundation, PCC foundation block of size 600 X 600 X 1500 mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2, pole plinth of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 including necessary form work as required at site and painting of pole with two coats of anti corrosive black bituminous paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth (embedded in concrete) and remaining portion of the pole painted two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on complete exposed surface including painting of 05 Nos. bands / strips of 30 cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black & yellow) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block upto 1500 mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) including dismantling existing damaged steel pole/ struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stay assembly comprising of GI stay bow 14mm dia, 40cm long, galvanised stay rod 16mm dia, 180cm long with threaded ends, GI nuts, bolts, washers, GI stay plate 23x23cmx6mm thick, 02 Nos of thimbles, thimbles loop insulator size 90x140mm clearance hole 16mm MS clamps made out of 50x6mm flat iron, bolts, nuts, washers and stay wire 7/4 SWG, stay clamp, complete including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in foundation all as shown in electrical plate No. 01 of SSR-2009 part1 , disposal of surplus soil to a distance of 50m including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed mild steel work including dismantling existing stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing guard cradles, make to shape, hexagonal / rectangular or any other shape as required and directed, on LT electric lines fabricated out of 4 mm dia GI wire including 14 SWG binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bar (round, square and flat) including nuts bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 20x15 cm size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing or passing through pipe, stranded conductor 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers no more than 1 meter apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular etc all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 25 here-in-before but size of conductor 16 sqmm

Supplying, commissioning & testing of Time light distribution board/street light timer switch with anolog time switch with battery backup, 3P module, 24 hours program, programmabel 15 min, backup of 100 hrs, current capacity 16A, with 1 changeover (1 CO) 40 Amp 3 pole/230V Analog time switch with enclosure system in mounting arrangement and tripping mechanism alongwith suitable capacity of control MCBs as per INDOASIAN Cat Part No. TL040ABO or its equivalent approved make of L&T, C&S & Havells complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall submit 2 year warranty of distribution board from manufacturer alongwith purchase voucher.

Supply and fixing LED street light fittings 60 watt, 230 V AC out door type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp braket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP65/66 protection average life of street light 50000 hours, inluding clamps, nut, bots, bracket made of GI pipe light grade dia 32mm, length not less than 1.5m, bent to shape for LED fitting for fixing of LED light on electric LT pole including 2 sqmm PVC twin core aluminium cable from conductor to street light not less 2.0 metre , testing to satisfaction of Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall submit 2 year warrenty of material from manufracturer alongwith purchase voucher.

Supply and Fixing LED flood light 70 watt , 230 V AC out door type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp and average life of flood light not less than 50000 hours, including clamps, nut , bolts , bracket made of GI pipe light grade dia 32mm, length not less than 1.5m, bent to shape for LED light fitting for fixing of LED light on electric LT pole including 2 sqmm PVC twin core aluminium cable from conductor to treet light not less 2.0 metre , testing to satisfaction of Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces and painting to steel tubular LT poles of any height , ant type (double swan / single swan) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 m height above form ground level (in yellow, red and black strips of 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint above 1.5 m height of poles including painting on cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and writing pole Nos. with thick black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Tightening / restringing existing loose / broken conductor ACSR / copper any type and size on electric pole including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG winding wire and jointing jumpers etc required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing plastic ( moulded poly proplin ) line phase separators for separating 05 Nos of over head lines conductors length 1200mm with 25mm with fly nuts and clamps suitable for 1100 volts grade LT electric lines of any size fixed with over head lines complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in mud stops, coping steps, copings, apex stone , bed plates , water troughs, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary excavation & earth work and form work complete all as specified and directed.
