Scrubbing cleaning and removing all kind of stain and dirt from structural glass façade including all consumable detergents, falsework, ladder, rope and all safety measures etc. (Rate excluding GST) A) External Glazing

M& R to Roads … Housekeeping of roads . Sweeping of roads in Survey No.15 i.e.excluding area of I.T.Tower building plot ,including all labours and materials such as zadu, broom etc. required for the work including all taxces and transportation . The item includes cleaning of foot path area daily with the help of labours as per directions of Engineer-in-charge etc. complete. (Rate excluding GST)

Providing and supplying JCB on hire basis for M & R works,including all fuel charges,driver wages ,oil and transportation charges with all taxes etc.complete

Providing and supplying Dumper having capacity 6.00 cum.on hire basis per day 8.00 hours including all fuel charges, driver wages, oil and transportation charges with all taxes etc. complete.

M & R to Drainage….Maintenance of domestic sewage system. Providing services for maintenance work , routine cleaning & removing chock up of sewage collection lines of various diameters and chambers of sewage collection system including attending eventual works of choke up with necessary tools & equipments, safety measures as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc. Complete.

M& R to Water Supply …Operation & Maintenance of water supply scheme. Operation & Maintenance of water supply scheme in Survey No.15 including supply of necessary labours for operation & maintenance of pumps in pure water sump, Day to day cleaning of pump house, ESR premises giving water and drainage connection to plot holder as and when required etc complete. Supply of pump operator for pumping water from PW sump to over head tank of IT Building

Providing round the clock watch & ward arrangement in S.No. 15 for ESR and W.S. system in park including all labours , materials etc and reporting to the engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing at departmental store water meters ISI marked class B confirming to ISI 4064 / 1 excluding non return valve, strainer etc complete including all Taxes, Duties etc but excluding GST. Provision For replacing existing water meter of IT tower building premises. 80mm dia. meter

Provision For replacing existing 200mm dia water meter of IT tower building premises.
