Disconnecting /dismantling /taking out the defective burnt out electric motor and transporting to shop including loding/unloading etc complete and carry out the following work. a) Strip inspection of the motor, removing & taking out the burnt out windings of stator complete and keeping aside for further disposal all as directed. b) M& L rewinding the stator windings complete by using appropriate gauge super enamelled copper conductor with "F" class insulation, sleeving, varnishing, baking/overdrying , machining as required with brazzing filling etc complete c) cleaning / de carburising all the servicable spare parts of the motor replacing worn out/unservicable spare parts as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge( The required spare shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of sch "A" as supply only ) d) Re-assembling the motor after repairs/rewinding and transporting to pump house including re-erection/ re-installation at its original position and necessary electrical connections all as directed complete. e) Testing and commissioning complete.

Note :- (a) Contractor shall repair pump set within 24 hrs of receiving complain (b) In case motor pump set could not be repaired contractor shall provide another pump set of suitable rating on loan till repair at no extra cost(c) Incase of failure to comply with above conditions a lump sum recovery @ 5000 per day shall be recovered. (d) Item rate includes all type of T&P required .(e) Material required for repair to motor pump set shall be paid saperately.
