Notes:

1. The rates quoted by the bidder shall be deemed to include and cover all costs, expenses and liabilities of every description and all risks of every description and every kind in executing, completing and handing over the work to ONGC by the bidder. The bidder shall deemed to have made such provisions while quoting the rates, as he may consider necessary to cover all such costs as above. 2. The rates quoted shall include for all lead and lift, unless specified otherwise in the relevant item of work. 3. The rates quoted shall include for clearing of sites, dressing of surface, making layout necessary protection of work etc. 4. The rates quoted shall be full and inclusive of the work described in the schedule of items and/or quantities (SCHEDULE-B) read together with the parts of these tender documents 5. In case the specification mentioned in the tender documents are silent in respect of any item. Then such items shall be governed and executed as per the relevant specifications on the subject. 6. Quoted percentage offer shall be applicable on all the items of Schedule of Rates (Schedule-B).
