Material & Labour for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads,cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm putting in pre-mixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm binder with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts, dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed. Qty=280+24

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% Paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) completed all as specified and as directed. Qty=98+12

Material and labour for preparing BM/ WMM surface by brushing with mechenical brooms and high presure jet for removing caked mud and applying evenly one priming coat of VG-10 grade paving bitumen at 2.5 kg per sqm by using mechenical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix ,using paving Bitumen 60/ 70 (VG 30) grade, laid by mechnical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8-10 Ton Vibro Roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Qty=280+24

Material and labour for preparing the road side berms, removing vegitation, loose spoils, spreading avg 75mm thick moorum/ red bajri filling in floor or paving, laid in layer not exceeding 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for road line marking painting (reflective) exceeding 0.09m and not exceeding 0.5m wide with thermoplastic componant with reflective glass beads on bituminous road and lying with hot applied thermoplastic component 2.5mm thick including reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per sqm area, applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finish surface are to be levelled uniformly and free from sheaks and holes as per relevant clauses of section 800. In addition where arrows or letter are to be provided thermoplastic compound may be hard sprayed. Contractor had to use approved make of paints white and yellow colour complete all as specified and as directed. Qty=191.78+20

Taking down cat eye, solar cat eyes and tubular dealineator any type complete all as specified and as directed. Qty=240+58

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflictive type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x100mm x 20mm with PAMA Striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions c all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x 150 x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in repair retro reflective signage board sheets, one sided made up of 3mm thick ACP sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat actuvated retro reflective sheeting confirming to type IV of ASTM -D-4956-01 in blue or silver white colour or other colour combination including subject matter, message's, symbols, borders and Drg with high intensity grade as approved by Engr-in-charge, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing and fixing the sheet with steel frame work with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel pipe 50mm dia graded 202 medium as in frame work such as sign board/ railing all necessary welding, drilling or riveting, brackets, stopers and including embedding the same in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 below ground level, size of PCC (450 X 450 X 600mm) including excavation in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.
