The Objective/the assignment is to provide planning, erection and furnishing of temporary facilities with all arrangements for Selection of Creative and Event Agency for Organizing Mahasankruti Mahautsav 2024 At Latur from 13th to 17 February 2024

Amount

Infrastructure :

Providing and fixing and dismantling after event Stage Platform of 6' height and 120'x60' with steps, carpet, LED Platform, LED Screen of appropriate size, side wings or stage design, flower decoration, samai and branding panels complete

VVIP Lounge and Green Rooms :

Providing and Fixing of green rooms for artists and VVIP at the side of stage or backstage with sofa, Air conditioning, plasma tv, lights comlete with octonorm partitions for artists, green net in the entire area of backstage with red carpet inside lounge, round tables for refreshment area with banquet chairs complete

Seating arrangement :

Providing 300 sofas for VVIP (foamed and steel) and 2000 banquet chairs with covers for VIP and 15000 plastic chairs in the seating area for public, tin barricading and blackmasking as per the venue, green net and carpet in the ground, with delay LED screens with platform for 15000 pax.

Exhibition :

Providing and fixing 100 nos. octonorm structure stalls of size 3mx3m for exhibition of bachat gat, mahila gat and food stalls with light, PA system, tables and chairs, light points in each stall as per requirements, green net, general lights, water supply to food stalls, round table sand chairs, delay LED in exhibition area complete

Console :

Providing and fixing console of size 16'x40' in stepped form for camera platform, audio and light controls with video cameras with tables and chairs and carpet, and required electrical points complete.

Artist management :

Complete artist management for programs to be conducted on all 5 days. Agency will be responsible for procurement of artists, paying the honorarium, arranging for stay and food at minimim 4 star hotels.

Lighting :

Providing and fixing of light arrangenment with scaffolds and truss on the stage required for the event programme specified by artists in the tech rider for stage, general stage lights with Par 64, LED par 3 W, Profile Spot, Sharpy, LED Moving Head, Blinder, Smoke/haze machine, flood lights and metal lights complete. Lighing and beautification of area near venue with LED screens in important squares for people to witness the show.

Video Production:

Providing and arranging for Video Production, Digital Photographer, Multicamera video set up 3 CAMERA HD SHOOT, Multi Switcher, DVD / CD Player, Facilities for Media Coverage, Drone shoot complete

Sound:

Providing and fixing of sound with scaffolds for performance as per artist's requirements including but not limited to Line Array System (Each Speaker contains 2 low mid 4 mid Speakers & 2 horn tweeter) DAS Sub (Each sub contains 2 woofers) DAS/JBL/EAW/EQUIVALENT Amplifier LabGruppen FP +10000Q Stage Monitors JBL Prx 512 Side fill DAS/JBL/EAW/EQUIVALENT Speaker management system XTA DP 448 Multi channel sound console Alen & Heath GL 2800/Digidesign SC 48 Dual CD player Denon/Pioneer, notation stands etc. complete

Providing Gensets of 125KV, 65 KV, 25KV for For Light, Sound, LED & Video, General area, backstage, and venue lighting, exhibition lighting, for testing and Backup Geneset as per requirement

Branding :

Providing of Event Branding / Publicity, Hoarding Campaign, Flex Printing including Standees, Backdrops, Gate, Tempoary Banners etc , Radio Campaign on 3 main channels, Paid Social Media and Digital Campaign

Manpower :

Providing of sufficient manpower : Security Guards, Bouncers, Hostess, Management Promotors, House Keeping Staff, Voice Over Artists

Printing :
