Working charge .

100.1.1:Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc., including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, in all kinds of soil.

100.9.7:Laying uPVC pipes of class 2 to class 6 and specials, lowering to the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipeline to the lines and levels and jointing the pipes and specials with solvent cement and testing the pipeline with water to the required test pressure (excluding cost of pipes and specials): 75 mm nominal outside diameter pipes.

OD45617/2024-2025:Charges for interlinking works to the existing pipe line of size including 160mm to 75 mm PVC/GI/AC/CI including earth work excavation, bailing out water and all labour charges and refilling the trenches of the completion of work but excluding the cost of specials.

100.60.8.1:Replacing the chocked / damaged 15mm (1/2 inch) house connection with 15mm (1/2 inch) water meter from existing mains, up to a length of 5m using 20mm Indian Standard Class 6 uPVC pipe and uPVC / Brass specials viz. brass ferrule, Elbow, MTA, FTA, couplers etc. and connecting with the mains, testing the joints etc. complete including trenching and refilling in all kinds of soil up to a depth of 1.50m for main line tracing and trench of average cross section 0.3m x 0.75m for laying connection pipe and service pipe, safely removing & re-fixing existing water meter, lighting, watching, providing caution boards, traffic control etc. complete including cost of materials, hire for tools, cost of consumables and labour charges but excluding cost of water meter and meter box and excluding charges for cutting the concrete / tarred / bituminous roads and as per the directions of the department officers

100.47.1.4:Leak rectification work in 63mm uPVC (Class 2 to 6) pipeline including detecting and locating leak, earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, cutting the pipe diametrically perpendicular to the axis of pipeline without causing any damages to the remaining portion, dismantling and lifting the pipe from trenches, smoothening the cut ends, conveying the new pipe to the site, cutting and lowering new pipe into the trenches, placing in position, aligning the pipe to line and level and jointing the new pipe with the existing pipe with solvent cement or any available joint and testing the pipeline by operating the valves concerned, and rectifying the defects if noticed and without causing any damages to the existing utilities and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, charges for removing surplus soil from work site, including hire for tools and plant, conveyance of tools and materials, bailing out water, providing caution boards, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, traffic controlling etc., complete as per the direction of Departmental officers including the cost of pipe and uPVC specials; uPVC Pipes and specials shall be of good quality and conforming to relevant standards: All Socketed Jointing.

100.47.1.5:Leak rectification work in 75mm uPVC (Class 2 to 6) pipeline including detecting and locating leak, earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, cutting the pipe diametrically perpendicular to the axis of pipeline without causing any damages to the remaining portion, dismantling and lifting the pipe from trenches, smoothening the cut ends, conveying the new pipe to the site, cutting and lowering new pipe into the trenches, placing in position, aligning the pipe to line and level and jointing the new pipe with the existing pipe with solvent cement or any available joint and testing the pipeline by operating the valves concerned, and rectifying the defects if noticed and without causing any damages to the existing utilities and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, charges for removing surplus soil from work site, including hire for tools and plant, conveyance of tools and materials, bailing out water, providing caution boards, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, traffic controlling etc., complete as per the direction of Departmental officers including the cost of pipe and uPVC specials; uPVC Pipes and specials shall be of good quality and conforming to relevant standards: All Socketed Jointing.

100.32.1:Conveying and fixing C. I. Single Acting Air Valve of approved quality with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc., complete, but excluding the cost of air valve (tail pieces, if required, will be paid separately): 25mm Single Acting Air Valve.

100.11.4:Conveying and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc., but excluding cost of pipes and fittings for Internal work, Exposed on Wall: 32mm diameter nominal bore.
