Daily washing, cleaning, sweeping of the office chambers, common area, toilet floors & dado, removing waste materials & shifting furniture etc. as per scope of the work for any month. For floors including entrance lobby, Road Safety Cell Office, Gatidhara Cell Office at Ground floor and Inland Water Transport (IWT) at 1st floor WBTIDC of the two storied building within Kasba Depot Premises with all cost of materials, tools & plants and lobours etc. Total area - 913 sq.m approx as well as Daily sweeping & clearing of court yard around the two storied building within Kasba Depot Premises including removing waste material beyond the compound in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal in all respect. as per scope of the work for any month .Total area - 2750sq.m approx. Note: The total cost would be determined per month based on the day-wise execution as per above mentioned schedule including material cost, service charge and manpower wages.
