Strengthening/partial rewinding and impregnation of stator of 400 H.P, 6.6 KV, B.H.E.L make solid shaft H.T motor No 04 at L.I.S. Rajal

1. Repair by way of Partial Rewinding, Strengthening of the Stator of Solid Shaft 6.6KV, Slip ring type HT motor No. 04 installed at Lift Irrigation Station Rajal by way of opening, checking and removing of coil connections from the ends of Stator and removing of its insulations for tracing out the faulty /defective coils. Removing of anti-vibration, packing stuff and block. Extraction of the coils carefully to avoid damages to the other coils. Testing and checking the coils with testing equipment. Complete Job.(Qty - 01 Job) 2. Extraction of the overheated, burnt packing stuff from groove /slot. Cleaning the slots of the extracted coils with recommended chemical cleaner. Fabrication/providing of new copper coils insulated with high class insulation material and then inserting in the respective slots with new slot lines, new wedges and nomax paper completely with other required packing stuff and insulation material. Complete Job.(Qty - 08 Jobs) 3. Complete insulation of the pitch coil ( burnt/ heated) with high class material and insertion of these in their respective slots along with their new separating wedges, packing of anti-vibration blocks and locking the same with glass coils etc. Also extraction of over hangs, soldering each joint, re-insulating all joints with proper insulating material, replacement of loose damaged wedges. Complete Job.(Qty - 12 Jobs). 4. Reconnecting the stator coils at overhang by soldering all soldered connection. Re-insulating all joints with proper insulating material and replacement of damaged loose wedges. Cleaning complete stator with chemical cleaner compound and impregnation of the stator by varnishing with Dr. Beck varnish and drying out by hot air circulation process/heat treatment till it acquires the required IR value . Complete Job.(Qty - 01 Job) 5. Cleaning the top bearing oil chamber with flushing oil and providing/re-filling of fresh lubricating oil of actual specification up to the mark. Complete Job.(Qty - 01 Job) 6.Carriage/Shifting of damaged stator of motor from L.I.S Rajal up to workshop & then shifting of repaired stator of motor from workshop to L.I.S Rajal after repairing. It includes loading / unloading charges. (Rate for shifting may vary as per the distance of the workshop from the Lift Station Rajal.).Complete Job.(Qty - 01 Job) 7. Placing the assembled motor on its motor skirt. Coupling the motor with pump half coupling, restoration of all H.T, L.R.S and Slip Ring cable connections of respective joints, making proper alignment of motor with pump and adjustment thereof. Providing and Fitting of graphite packing. Testing the motor on full load for proper operation at site. The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges (skilled and semi skilled ), carriage of material and deployment of tools& tackles required at site. Complete Job.(Qty - 01 Job)
