OUT SOURCING OF SERVICES FOR SWIMMING POOL, SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT, REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT AND INCINERATOR AND ALLIED WORKs AT INS VALSURA JAMNAGAR

Outsourcing of services to swimming pool of size and capacity and other details as under consisting of two shifts each shift consisting of 8 hrs working i.e first shift commencing from 0600hs to 1400 hrs & second shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs, each shift to be mainned by 01 No FGM cum electrician i.e altogether 02 Nos FGM cum electrician for all working days including sunday & closed holidays for swimming pool and allied plants to maintain quality of water and cleaning by brooming circumstances of plant area complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Contactor shall quote the rate for each shift of 08 hrs. (b) The installation shall be run for two shifts of 08 hrs per day, accordingly contractor shall employee the technician. (c) The particulars of swimming pool and allied plants are as given below:- (i) Size of swimming pool is 24x9.5x2.6 m (avg depth) and capacity is 1,30,000 gallons. (ii) High pressure multi grade filtration cum re-cycle plant of capacity - 15000 Gallons per hour. (iii) Control Panel Board. (iv) Chloronome Plant 2 Kgs/ hour. (v) Suction Sweeper with Electric motor. (vi) Air Compressor with Electric motor. (vii) Centrifugal Pump set with 5 HP Electric motor - 3 Sets. (viii) All other installed accessories i.e. Sluice valves, Pressure gauge etc. (d) Weekly Maintenance: (i) Contractor shall clean the swimming pool once in a week as directed. (ii) Suction sweeping of swimming pool with the help of suction sweeper and cleaning of side walls, bottom, ladders etc. to maintain quality of water complete all as specified and as directed. (iii) Suction sweeper machine shall be issued by the department and brush shall be measured separately. (e) Half yearly Maintenance: (i) Pumping out water from swimming pool with the help of diesel engine driven pump and remove sludge, mud thoroughly by scraping with wire brush and broom and wash out by clean water, clean entire inner portion of swimming pool by bleaching powder and acid as required at site. (ii)Pumping out water from balancing tank and remove sludge, mud thoroughly by scraping with wire brush and broom and wash out by clean water, clean entire inner portion of balancing tank by bleaching powder and acid as required at site and applying two coats of white wash to inner surface of balancing tank of capacity of 15,000 gallons complete all as specified and as directed. (iii) Pump for draining out of water shall be issued by the department.

Outsourcing of services to sewage treatment plant of capacity 120/Cum/Day installed at Valsura consisting of two shifts each shift consisting of 8 hrs working i.e first shift commencing from 0600hs to 1400 hrs & second shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs, each shift to be mainned by 01 No FGM cum electrician i.e altogether 02 Nos FGM cum electrician for all working days including sunday & closed holidays to treat the domestic sewage and to dispose the same in such a condition to bring the parameters within the limit of Gujarat Pollution Control Board and other testing authorities and supply and application of chemical in required dosage including timely maintenance of plant as specified under and all as specified to reduce odour of effluent and cleaning by brooming circumstances of plant area. (a) Contactor shall quote the rate for each shift of 08 hrs. (b) The installation shall be run for two shifts of 08 hrs per day, accordingly contractor shall employee the technician. (c) The parts of plant required maint & operation are as under:- (i) Pump House consisting 2 Nos waste lifting pump of capacity 5000 lit/hr 2 Nos drain pump electrical control board, motor starter etc (ii) Sludge removal pumps of capacity 2000 LPH, air blower, centrifugal pump, electrical pump, electrical control panel board, motors starter and compressor etc (iii) Twin lobe air blower - 2 Nos (iv) Membrane diffusers inside FIDAS REACTOR (v) Filter feed pump of capacity 10 m3/hr-2 Nos (vi) Level indicators - 06 Nos (vii) Stainless steel frame installed in Bio Pac media (viii) Bio Pac media installed in FIDAS (ix) Panel board with MCB, starter and all accessories (x) Pipes and valves (xi) Periodical cleaning and removal of sludge from, Sludge drying bed (d) MAINT OF FIDAS REACTOR:- (i) Oil and grease trap (ii) Collection tank (iii) FIDAS Reactor (iv) FIDAS central clarifier (v) FIDAS inlet chamber (vi) FIDAS lamella clarifier (vii) Bar screen (viii) Membrane diffusers fitted inside of FIADS reactor (ix) Bia Pac media (e) Daily Maintenance: (A) OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PRESSURE FILTER: (i) Operation and maint of pressure filter of capacity 10m3 /hr (Filtration, back wash and rinsing as per operation and maint Manual) (ii) Replacing of Media, sand, silex and pebble packed inside (Once in a year) (iii) Replacement of strainers (iv) Painting of inside of filter vessel with two coats of zincromate paint and two coat epoxy paint. Cont...Sl No.2 (B) OPERATION & MAINT OF ACF (ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER) (i) Operation of ACF of capacity 10 m3/hr as per operation and maint manual except the replacement of media activated carbon filter of iodine valve 700 to 1000 (ii) Operation of chlorine dozer as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Chlorine chemical will be measured & paid separately. Notes: (a) The bacterial application be free from all kinds of adverse effects to life and property. (b) The contractor shall employ one operator per each shift (The operator shall be minimum of matriculation and passed two years course of electrical trade from recognized ITI) (c) Samples of effluent shall be collected from the outlet twice in a month as directed and got tested by state pollution control board approved lab (d) The contractor shall strictly follow the operation and maint manual of the plant (e) The unit rate quoted for aforesaid operation shall also be deemed to incl the following:- (i) Apply Anti corrosive paint once in six months (ii) Greasing the pumps and other moving parts every week (iii) Replacement of PVC/GI pipes and bearing if reqd (iv) Top up SAE-50 OIL every week and change once in 6 months for compressor (v) Replacement of 'V' belts as per requirements (vi) Cost of chemicals for the dosage as recommend (vii) Any repair to outlet line from the plant to the bower supply as reqd (viii) Reqd supply of sodium hypochlorite solution for chlorination (ix) At the initial stages for stabilization need aerobic bacteria 2 Kg/week for first 01 month (x) If the plant is shut down or cleaning for destabilization, the quantity and same dosage of bacteria is required.

Outsourcing of services for Reverse Osmosis Plant of capacity 1 Lakh Litres per day installed at Valsura consisting of two shifts each shift consisting of 8 hrs working i.e first shift commencing from 0600hs to 1400 hrs & second shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs, each shift to be mainned by 01 No FGM cum electrician i.e altogether 02 Nos FGM cum electrician for all working days including sunday & closed holidays for smooth and efficient functioning of Reverse Osmosis Plant including minor repairs etc. required at site complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Contactor shall quote the rate for each shift of 08 hrs. (b) The installation shall be run for two shifts of 08 hrs per day, accordingly contractor shall employee the technician..(c) Monthly Maintenance: Maintenance/ repairs of Reverse Osmosis Plant of capacity 1 Lakh Litres per day by a trained and skilled person every month or as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of Reverse Osmosis Plant including minor repairs etc required at site complete all as specified and as directed. (d) Details of Reverse Osmosis Plant is as under: (i) Coagulant dosing system. (ii) Chlorination dosing system. (iii) Raw water transfer pumps. (iv) Multi grade filter. (v) Activated carbon filter. (vi) Dechlorination dosing system. (vii) Special antiscalent dosing system. (viii) Micron cartridge filter. (ix) High pressure pumps. (x) Chemical cleaning pump. (xi) Chemical cleaning cartridge filter. (xii) Reverse Osmosis units. (xiii) Electrical starter panel and instrument panel.

Outsourcing of services for Incinerator of capacity 10 kg/hr installed near sick bay at Valsura consisting of one shifts of 8 hrs working i.e General shift commencing from 0900hs to 1700 hrs shift to be mainned by 01 No FGM cum electrician on all working days including sunday & closed holidays to burn Bio Medical Waste received from Sickbay day to day and dispose ash complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Contactor shall quote the rate for each shift of 08 hrs. (b) The installation shall be run for one shifts of 08 hrs per day, accordingly contractor shall employee the technician. (c) Record the details in log book such as type offf waste, weigh and duration of run the plant etc and produce the same ref of medical authority, AGE E/M for Signature. (d) The particulars of Incinerator is as given below:- (i) Main LT Panel. (ii) PLC base control panel. (iii) water pump for Quencher, Venture Scrubber and Packed bed Scrubber. (iv) ID fan & FD fan, (v) Primary Cahamber heater & Secondary chamber heater. (e) Contractor shall have to make arragement to clean Incinerator and surounding area on dailly bases and cleaning of primary and secondary heating chamber in every 2-3 days. Note : for item No 1 to 4 : Even though the manpower and time of shift to be mained described in various items of Schedule , In case of excersise / training or for any other reasons if the Department feels mainning is required other than the shift described , in that case contractor to provide man power as specified above to the particular shift irrespetive of mentioned above, no additonal manpower to be provided by the contractor in that case the previous shift of the day shall not be operative i.e contractor will be asked to stop the mainning of the particular shift and work for the new shift, hence there is no loss in manpower or need not provide additonal manpower, as such contractor shall not be reimburesed for the said excersice as quoted rate is demed to be inclusive of the same.

Outsourcing of services for E/M installations / Sub stations consisting of three shifts each shift consisting of 8 hrs working i.e first shift commencing from 0600hs to 1400 hrs , second shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs & third shift from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs each shift to be mainned by 01 No FGM cum electrician i.e altogether 03 Nos FGM cum electrician for all working days including sunday & closed holidays for upkeeping the record of dailly routine loc sheets, keeping the premises clean and tidy and all other required to maintain the electric supply installation in good servicable conditions and to perform duties for working round the clock complete all as specified. Note: Contractor shall provide electrical safety equipment and tools for repair and maintainance of all installation as per site requirement.
