WORK OF REPAIRING, OVERHAULING AND PAINTING OF EMULSIFIRE SYSTEM INSTALLED AT 220 KV SUB-STATION GAJRAULA, UNDER ETD – AMROHA.

Complete servicing and overhauling of 105 BHP diesel engine Kirloskar make including replacement of engine oil/oil filter/diesel filter/belts/hose pipes and other associated work required to complete the job satisfactory.

Complete servicing of Air Compressor including changing of compressor oil, air, filter, fan belts etc and other associated work related to complete the job satisfactorily and also check electrical circuit for auto function.

Reparing of fire hydrant points including butterfly valve/gate valve with replacement of flapper and cleaning of glands socket along with dismantling and re-installing gate valves of various sizes.

Replacement of discolored worn out Quartz old bulb detectors with new supply installation and commissioning of quartzite bulb detectors (QBD) on existing transformer) of HD make UL listed operate at 79 dig. Sensing at rated temp for actuation of the element of 10-12 sec. K 5.6 pendant chrome finish.

Supply & installation & commissioning of high velocity water spray nozzles of HD make listed flow capacity 3.5 Kg./Cm² K 18 and spray angel 80° with copper strainer.

Repairing and maintenance including proper cleaning of high velocity water spray nozzle of SD make UL listed flow capacity 3.5 Kg./Cm² K-18 & spray angel 80 degree with copper stunner as per specification.

Miscellaneous works and items like dismantling pipe line & to attend leakage/blockages etc. alarm gong, brass globe valves, back pressure valve priming water tank etc. and other works not included in the above work that may be necessary for completion of work.
