1a. Providing and fixing 6mm thick Exterior Grade High Pressure Compact Laminates Suede Finish of approved make. The product to be warrantied against manufacturing defects and performance characteristics for a period of at least 10 years from the date of billing from factory. Clads should be installed on MS/RCC structure with Aluminum tubular sub substructure in the size of 50mm x 25mm x 1.8mm (as per design & site requirement) at 450 mm c/c distance with the help of 5mm diameter colour matching rivets as per manufacturer specification. The aluminum tubular substructure should be fixed on RCC/MS structure with the help of dead load bearing brackets and wind load bracket by 10mm fastener. Wind load bracket will have vertical slot & dead load bracket will have in horizontal slot. Maintain 6mm both horizontal and vertical gap between two installed clads panels. Shade/design of clads shall be as approved by EIC. Cladding without CNC Work. (M.S. structurer/ frame work shall be paid separately of relevant item ).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses, columns, purlins etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and including Epoxy paint at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifiacation including priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Providing and fixing U Baffle Aluminum panel ceiling of approved make & approved RAL colour consisting of panel size 150 mm deep × 50 mm width using minimum 0.7 mm thick aluminum and 150mm center to center as per drawings enclosed , Pure Polyester Powder Coated, Aluminum alloy AA 3105 (Al.Mg) for higher strength . Panels shall be connected using friction grip upper and lower bracket on a special carrier of 30 mm wide x 30 mm high x 2 mm thick powder coated GI member as approved colour to form as cassette based on the module of 360mm c/c which shall be downward accessible with a torsion spring/ or special bolted bracket hanger system in group of panel or as desired. Main Runners: All vertical baffles are attached to factory punched 30x30x2.0mm Thk black Powder coated G.I member with the special baffle hangers/springs to form a module of 150mm C/C. Cross Runners: 30 mm wide x 30 mm high x 2 mm thick powder coated Gl member as approved color designed to interlock baffle section on designated spacing are spaced at 1200mm Center maximum. Suspension System: The complete frame to be suspended using special bracket with M6 threaded rod as desired length or as per detailed drawings.Paint Finish: All baffles to be Pure Polyester Powder Coated to RAL Shades/Wooden shade as confirmed/approved by Engineer-in-charge. The panels shall be fixed to pre-installed structural M.S.frame / CC work at all levels including all accessories like Fasteners, Hangers, screws, washers, etc at site complete with all respect as desired . conforming to specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for entire system including Pure Polyester Powder Coating. The Items includes supplying, Installation and fixing of U Baffle Aluminum panel ceiling over MS structural frame / CC work, Labours, Scaffolding all required machineries for fixing tools, Fasteners, Hangers, screws, washers, etc complete in all respect as desired. (M.S. structurer/ frame work shall be paid separately of relevant item ).

Designing, Providing & Fixing of Trapezoidal Profile sheet 0.50mm thick profile sheet of 980-1010 mm width effective cover width and 28-35 mm height ribs with pan at 200-250 mm centre-to-centre. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.5mm Total Coated Thickness (TCT), Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength. Metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 45% Zinc) as per AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ150 (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) Fixed to the purlins with self-drilling screws SS 304 & spacing as per design with all required system accessories, etc. , as per shop drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Cost also includes Designing, Providing & Fixing of following : a) Flashing at joints at existing and new structure for leak free joints of colour coated flashing in 0.50 mm thick with AZ 150 GSM & Ys 550 MPA. Size: up to 610 mm girth b) Mill finish aluminium gutter in 2 mm thick grade AA 1100 with all accessories ( Down spot, end closer, expansion joint )Size : Up to 1500 girth c) Siphonic drainage roof rain water drainage system of GEBERIT or equivalent including all outlet, pipes, fittings & couplings in leak free manner with standby.
