Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work including spade work, jumper work, pick work, blasting work and chiseling wedging out of rock etc. upto all lifts including by mechanical means from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 mtr. pick work & jumper work 50% each.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in earth work and filling in 15 cm layers in foundation and plinth i/c ramming, watering and consolidating up to alead of 20 mtr and lift up to a1.5 mtr. Pick work

FORM WORK Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in all heights or propping and centring, below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for in situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work . (a )Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs,landings and the like.Floors etc.upto 200mm. In thickness.

(C) Columns, pillars, posts and struts:- (i) Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

(d) Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing.

(e) Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels.Sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilevers,bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor.

(f) Edges of slab

CONCRETE :- Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundation and plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement:1.5 Sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) michamically mixed and vibrated for compacting concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :- (a) Foundation Footing bases of column and the like and mass concrete

(b) Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumersand contilever upto floor two level

(c ) Stair cases ( except sprial stair case ) excluding landing but including preparing of surface and finishing of nosing up to floor two level

(d) Lintel beams, girders, brassumers and cantilevers up to floor two level etc.

(e) Column, pillers, Posts and struts up to floor two level

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level a)Tor steel

BRICK WORK :- Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in :- Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 Sand) Second Class BricksExtra for brick work in : Super-structure above plinth level upto floor two level (First Class Bricks).

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in superstruture in cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 Cement : 4 Sand ) Second class bricks up to all floor level.

WOOD WORK :- Providing wood work in frames of door, window, clerestory window and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position 2nd class Deodar wood.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80 mm X 1.25mm M.S laths interlocked together through their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft,with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push pull peration complete but excluding the cost of the top cover and spring.

Providing and fixing 27.5 centimetre long wire spring grade No.2 for rolling hutters. Each 16.40 720.20 1512000000 Providing and fixing top cover.

Shutters having width bolow 3.5 metre.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 ( 1 cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (Diaphram wall)
