3 ROAD & JUNCTION IMPROVEMENT

Dismantling of existing interlocking tile including stacking of material within 50 meters lead.For thickness of tiles 60 mm to 80 mm

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level,curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost.)

Construction of sub-grade and earthern shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and comapcted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixing in place method with rotovator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density, complete as per clause 401. <br> Grading-V-For sub base cum drainage layer - Mix in place method.

Providing , laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate ( size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub - base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in- Charge.
