13.91:Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

13.52.1:Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

OD173302/2025-2026:Dismantling and Removing Damaged Shade Net without causing any damage to existing Structure and Staking of Servicable & disposal of Unservicable materials as per direction

OD173303/2025-2026:Providing and fixing Suitable Ropes on the top of Shade house over the shade net to protect the net from Wind including the cost, conveyance etc complete as per direction at site

OD173304/2025-2026:Providing and fixing Green Shade net of 50% transparency with good quality and ISI mark including cost conveyance etc as per the directions at site

4.1.2:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
