Upgradation of Barrel Reclaimer4 in RMHP, as modification, for RMHP(O) Department.

• As per Domestically Manufactured Iron & Steel Products Policy-2025 (Revised in May 2025), the minimum domestic content of Capital Goods* (%) should be minimum 95%.

* For the purpose of this project, capital goods shall mean supply of plant & equipment including technological structure and refractories as defined within the project scope.

Bidder shall

i) Self-certify the local content as per FORM-1 pertaining to Appendix-A and Appendix-B as defined in the DMI & SP policy, at the time of bidding

ii) Provide a certificate as per FORM-2 from the statutory auditor or cost auditor of the company (in case of companies) or from a practicing cost accountant or practicing chartered accountant (in respect of suppliers other than companies) declaring that the capital goods (Appendix-B) to be used in iron & steel industry are domestically manufactured in terms of the domestic value addition prescribed. (Refer DMI &SP Policy dated 26.05.2025).
