Periodical Special Assistance for Preventive Breakdown Electrical maintenance and Annual Overhauling works of LT Switch Gear and LT Motors in outlying areas of Unit 1 to 8 for the year 2026-27 pertaining to EE(OLA)E division for the period of One Year

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a Prime Contractor, at least One similar work such as Periodical Special Assistance for Preventive Breakdown Electrical maintenance and Annual Overhauling works of LT Switch Gear and LT Motors of value not less than Rs.22.91 Lakh in the last five years (i.e 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 &2025-26) in any Thermal power stations under Government or Public Sector Unit As a proof, bidder shall furnish single work order and corresponding work done certificates of value mentioned above, issued by an Officer not below the rank of Chief Engineer /competent authority. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year).

The Intending bidder should be a Class-II or above Electrical Contractor. As a proof of this, Valid Electrical license issued by competent authority of Govt. of Karnataka shall be uploaded

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average financial turnover of Rs 45.82 Lakh in at least two financial years during the last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 &2025-26).As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload copies of turnover or profit & loss account statement certificate duly certified by chartered accountant.(Financial turnover for previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year
