M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing of stone masionary or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick modified polymer ready mix plaster to Concrete surfaces wall finished even and fair with 3 % of weight of cement WPC , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying 1 coat of wall care white putty, 1-2mm thick and further applying 2 coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of wall priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying 1 coat of wall care putty, 2mm thick and further applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces in walls soffits, facia roof and applying 2 coats of anti fungal weather proof acrylic based paint 100% acrylic over a coat of external wall care putty coat over and including priming coat of exterior primer at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge of weather coat primer all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall ( any no. of layers) by scrapping with steel scapers or any other mean and applying external wall care putty 2 mm thick and making surface even and smooth to receive anti fungal weather proof acrylic based paint 100% acrylic over coat of exterior wall primewr after preparation of surface of at any height including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured printed tiles in vertical surface 300x450x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface of tile including 15mm thick screed in cm (1:4) as in skirting/dado complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, (300x300mm) in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and joints pointed with Epoxy grout including 20mm thick screed 1:4 as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and joints pointed with Epoxy grout including 20mm thick screed 1:4 as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Marble (Baroda/ Udaipur green) 20mm thick machine cut as in flooring & skirting, including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry and pointing with white cement (1:3) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade cutting and polishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC (unreinforced) in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate for plinth protection with finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth Without using t extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing surface with wire brush removal of all dust & grit of sunken floors, providing 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using WPC at the rate of 3% by wt of cement, one coat of hot blown bitumen VG10 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm on all plastered surface and providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with WPC in slope towards outside, min thickness of PCC is 25mm & max 75mm providing 40mm dia PVC spout of lenth 50cm complete and tested for leakage, seepage and filling with lime concrete or lean concrete 1:5:10 using bricks bat complete all as specified and directed.

(b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions.
