Operation and Maintenance of 1.2 MLD STP, Sprinkler system / Pumps, Raw sewage pumps inside wharf and RCHW colony at NMPA for the years 2026-27 and 2027-28

Deploying one Technical supervisor (TS) with a Diploma/Degree in Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical Engineering qualified person as per the requirement for Supervising, Reporting, Etc with respect to the "Operating and maintaining the 1.20 MLD sewage treatment plant, Sprinkler system / Pumps, Raw sewage pumps inside wharf and RCHW colony at NMPA". The contractor has to follow the labour Regulations/Rules strictly as per Laws. Technical supervisor (TS) -- 1 Nos (Skilled/ Clerical category) The rate shall be inclusive of wages and Employee's Contribution of ESI & PF components. Minimum 1 Nos Skilled Category

Operation and maintenance of 1.2 MLD STP and Raw sewage pumps By deploying Four Unskilled Pump/ Motor Operator /attendant Person per day as directed by the Engineer In Charge. 4 Nos. Unskilled category. The rate shall be inclusive of wages and Employee's Contribution of ESI & PF components. Minimum 4 Nos. Unskilled Category

Operation and maintenance of pump motor / sprinkler systems installed at wharf near Seamen circle near Wharf canteen, near weigh bridge no.3, opposite to SPH-2 and near KK Gate including all labour charges T&P etc as directed by the department by deploying 3 Un-skilled Pump/motor Operator /attendant Person per day. The rate shall be inclusive of wages and Employee's Contribution of ESI & PF components. Minimum 3 Nos. Unskilled Category.

Cleaning and clearing the premises and Maintenance of the garden in the Sewage Treatment plant, Sewage pump House in RCHW colony and Sewage Deploying 3 labours per day. The rate shall be inclusive of wages and Employee's Contribution of ESI & PF components. Minimum 3 Nos. Unskilled Category.

Cleaning of drainage leach pits, etc., at NMPT Panambur and disposal of sewage at Sewage treatment plant using cess-pull / Sewage sucking and transporting Machine/Truck including all labour charges, T&P, hire charges of machinery etc., as directed by the department.

Supply of chemicals, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), Hydrochloric Acid, Gear oil SE 90, Engine Oil 20W40 Grade and Cotton waste. etc., for O & M of the new STP including cost of chemicals, labour charges, Transportation, loading unloading and all incidental charges complete.

For the Items like supply of spares, Services, Repair charges etc and any other items of Minor work total cost upto Rs 5,00,000 during the contract period which is not covered in the above schedule but to be executed as per the instructions of the department and payment will be made at actuals plus 15%(fifteen percent) over Head charges to cover the service charges. For this the contractor has to submit the original bills of the work done or Materials purchased. Payment shall be reimbursed as and when the work is done with intimation to the concerned Engineer.
