INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing LED tube light fittings 1 x 18W, 220V, AC Box type with driver/holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose with and including hanging chain or hook fitted on two round blocks/fixing arrangements on struss/roof/wall complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN, 6-32 Amp, 240volt, 50Hz, AC, made from moulded self-extinguishing thermostat plastic and suitable for 'C' curve, 10KA bearing capacity and terminal box suitable upto 16Sqmm cable, confirming to IS 8828 of 1996 complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP, 6-32 Amp, 240volt, 50Hz, AC, made from moulded self-extinguishing thermostat plastic and suitable for 'C' curve, 10KA bearing capacity and terminal box suitable upto 35Sqmm cable, confirming to IS 8828 of 1996 complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN, 32 Amp, 4150volt, 50Hz, AC, made from moulded self-extinguishing thermostat plastic and suitable for 'C' curve, 10KA bearing capacity and terminal box suitable upto 35Sqmm cable, confirming to IS 8828 of 1996 complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting, 25 watt, 230 volt, AC outdoor type with hihg pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistane complete with driver, lamp, bracket/clamp with impact and corrosion resistant incluidng thermal manageemnt in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection incluidng connection wire of 1.50mm sqmm 3 core from ceiling rose to light fitting complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in gound (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolt, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 4 mm dia GI earth wire protected by provn of GI light grade pipe 15mm bore upto 7.5mtr including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x 25x3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation/earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. (IE = 5, EE = 2) Note : The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include cost of 7.5 m long galvanised wire 4 mm dia, protection pipe 15 mm bore light grade and GI medium grade 20 mm bore watering pipe. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note: (i) Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Supplying, transporting to site, erecting and fixing in poistion steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of size 300 x 300 x 6mm continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP- 31 (9 metres long) including two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with black and white strip of 30 cm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after errection in position including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary earth work , PCC coping will be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for light bracket, fabricated out of angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6mm and 40 x 6mm flat iron, 1.20 metre long from pole, bend to the shape as required directed including fixing arrangement for steel tubular pole and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing AMAZE LED, 3rd generation, 70W LED flood light, luminaire with ultra sleek, light weight and with secondary optics, made with pressure die-cast housing with IP 66 rating, suitable for higher wattage flood light luminaire lighting purpose, making connection complete with and including cable from junction box to light complete all as directed. Make : Havells Cat Part No LHEPBFU7PA7K070 (70 W LED) or equivalent to Philips/CG/Bajaj

Material and labour for junciton box, pole mounted of size 300 x 200 x 100mm made out of 2mm thick Powder coated CRCA sheet with hinged door and locking arrangements comprising 60 Amp 4 pole aluminium bus bar mounted on DMC insulator including 1 No. SP MCB 6 Amp, 10KA for security lights, making connection with and including cable of size 1.50sqmm 3 core, mounted with MS flat iron 40 x 6mm including nuts, bolts, washers complete all as directed.

Material and labour for brick covers of sub class B (old size) desgination 75 laid perpendicular to axis of cable in trenches for cable protection of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as directed.
