black epoxy paint, one intermediate

coat of 150 micron thickness and one

finishing coat of 150 micron thickness

on steel surface to give even shade

including cleaning the surface of all dirt,

dust, corrosion and other foreign matter

without damaging existing paint and

with coast of all materials, labour, tools,

consumbles, scaffolding safety

measures etc complete. For gates and

embedded parts, plateform, girder and

or as directed by engineer in charge.

2 Painting two coats of Alluminium paint,

one intermediate coat of 20 micron

thickness and one finishing coat of

micron thickness on steel surface to

give an even shade including cleaning 3356.00 Sqm. 131.00

the surface of all dirt, dust, corrosion

and other foreign matter without

damaging existing paint etc complete.

1 The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as

directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which no extra payment shall be made.

2 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

4 In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per

Govt. G.R.: No. MIS 102010/17/K1, dtd. 30/07/2018 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C.

items where there is a change as per actual mix design the cost of difference of cement

consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate

i.e. RS. 5449.00/MT mentioned in all the tender.
