Excavating in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately (ii) Thickness of 18 cms after punning shall be considered for payment.

M&L for old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable, adjacent/ abutting each other, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix of aluminium Lugs suitable for 185 to 400 Sqmm 1100Volts including taking down old unserviceable lugs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacment GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles/along wall/floor/under road/across the drain or nallah including taking up old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for earthing complete incl with earth work with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm, 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm with & including GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (upto the body of equipment max 7.50metre) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), testing on completion including PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover and angle iron frame complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) tpe D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for electric poles struts, PCC blocks including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces complete aa as specified .

M & L for P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles including necessary form of work for fair finished and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form of work or in any situation all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI tubing 40 mm bore 'light grade', galvanized, with all fittings jointed and laid in trenches/fix on wall floor for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for LED street light fitting 70/72/75 watt , IP 65, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with potted Isolated driver and high power LED and individual lenses, operating range -90V to 340V AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for security light bracket made of 40mm dia GI light grade pipe 1.5 metre long bend to shape including fixing on pole with suitable size of flat iron clamps, nut, bolt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for polycarbonate thermoplastic outdoor junction box for steet lights with flap cover operate with IEC 61439-3 which should be shock proof, protection class-II, earthed , IP 65 weather proof , corrision free , acid and chemical resistant , impact resistant, , ultra voilet resustant made of halogen & silicone free recyclable mtrl, internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry through integrated flanges top and bottom,The gasket should be internally embedded made of polycarbonate incl with fixing arrangement ( clamps, nuts and Bolts etc.) complete all as specified.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable with 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 25 mm or higher dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories concealed/ surface in wall/Ceiling etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technique and necessary T&P for passing of LT/HT cables. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring concealed type complete with 4.00 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor PVC conduit 20 mm bore with all conduit accessories for for 15/16 Amps socket outlet on independent board including continuous 4.00 sqmm copper conductor, stranded (green colour, earth), PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly to be terminated in and including suitable size module boxes/ flush type for housing of module/ flush type (PT) switches/sockets etc complete all as specified and directed Note : Unit rates quoted by contractor shall be deemed to included for cutting chases in walls and making good in cement morter (1:3) and finishing the surface to match with exisiting surface using putty and distemper.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star with invertor technology and EER 3.2.of capacity 1.5 Ton all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in replacment of existing AC Box having Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB 20 A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wiring for circuit/submain wiring in PVC Conduit along with earth wire with 2x6.0 Sqmm+1x6.0Sqmm as earth wire of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded (ISI marked) including taking down old wiring, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MCB ‘B’ series type suitable for 240 volts, AC supply 5 to 32 Amps , single pole with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for amp rating 240V, 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN 32 A carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

S & F in repairs sheet metal enclosure for double door BD made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted SP & N 6 ways, 240 Volts, ISI marked, 200 amps bus bar stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation MCBs and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed.
