Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface
Cleaning of Steel structure including surface preparation and scrapping of rust, etc. complete.
Supply and fixing Bolts and Nuts to fix the suspender rods as per requirements, including proper cleaning and greasing etc complete

Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items with IS and approved by client/KEL
2:Rate should be inclusive of Insurance,Transportation, delivery and installation cost for all items
3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.
4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD specification and direction of Engineer at site.
5. ACRYLIC SMOOTH EXTERIOR PAINT/ SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT/WHITE CEMENT BASED PUTTY/ CEMENT PRIMER: Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolas or eq. in the order of pref.
