Material and labour for making V groove,10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extent of cracks present at site using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade, cleaning the surfaces by air blower, surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column.

Material and labour sealing exposed 'V' groove, 10mm wide and 30mm deep with moisture insensitive epoxy putty Sikagard 694 F(I) or of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc, solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive in ratio 1:1 to achieve strength as per manufacturer instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The groove shall be sealed on the concrete surface over beam or column.

Supplying, grouting and injecting low viscosity injection resin Sikadur 52 of SIKA or of Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc, high strength epoxy resin injection through the nozzles under pressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores and gaps not exc 5mm, left within the concrete consisting drilling holes in structural members at the intervals clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, insert 12 mm dia 50~75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with structural grade epoxy adhesive, supplying and applying a shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout, cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements as per manufecturer's instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The cost of drilling holes, NRV nozzle or any other minor spares deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supplying and applying flexible protective and waterproofing Slurry Sika Topseal 107 of SIKA or of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc,made out of two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating certified for potable water in three coats with glass fiber mesh of =>45 GSM, compressive strength 30 - 40 N/mm2 at 20 degree celcius after 28 days, flexural Strength 10 - 12 N/mm2 at 20 degree celcius after 28 days, bond strength shall not be less than 2 - 3 N/mm2 after 28 days (Coverage area in first coat shall be 1-1.5 kg/m2 on damp surface and in second coat 0.8 - 1 kg/m2 and the thickness of coating shall not be less than 1.5 mm) including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour three coats of water based protective epoxy coating Sikagard 67 of SIKA or of Fosroc using roller brush application all as per manufacturer's instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and applying Sikatop 122 F of SIKA or of Fosroc/Dr Fixit , ready cementitious, polymer modified, 2-component repair mortar in 20 mm thickness having white liquid and grey powder ratio 1: 6 (5kg of liquid + 30kg of powder) as per manufacturer's instructions to achieve Compressive Strength at 28 days 40-45 N/mm2 ,flexural strength at 28 days 12-15 N/ mm2 and Adhesion > 2.0 N/mm2 (concrete failure) at 28 days including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and applying Sika Rustoff 100 of SIKA or of Fosroc/Dr Fixit rust remover for rusted metal, iron based with brush for wetting of rusted metal surface and allow to react it for 16-24 hours and after 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal / steel for about 5-7 days including surface preparation, errection of steel props and before applying protective/passivating coating the surface should be wire brushed,thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth (covering/dosage shall not be less than 1kg per 3- 5 sqm in 2 coats depending on the diameter of the rods or 0.120 to 0.150 kg per sqm per coat depending on extent of rusting) and surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and applying Sika Armatec 108 of SIKA or of Fosroc/Dr Fixit , anti corrossion coating to the steel reinforcement consisting of two component,cement based polymer modified two component coating for corrosion protection, 2 coats of 1mm thick each, fully compatible with the reinstatement methods adopted,errection of steel props as required including surface of preparation complete all as specified and as directed (coverage area of mixed system shall not be less than 0.8Kg per Sqm for two coats). Notes for Ser No 1 to 8: (i) The work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of manufacturer . (ii) Cost of chipping of unsound concrete ,erection and installation deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) The contractor shall submit the written performance guarantee of treatment carried out to over head reservoir for any cracks, leakage and seepage for 05 years from the date of physical completion of work. (iv) 5% amount of the total amount of treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 05 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be included.

M&L preperation of old decorated suraces of walls of over head tanks/bldgs by complete brooming down with steel wire brushing,scraping down smoke and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified. (Note- Contractor shall quote their rates considering upto the height 30 m staging of tank).

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in sub base, foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block (50% grey and 50% coloured) any shape and size of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 50 mm thick sand cushion all as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches , pillar,drain etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour brick work in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a one coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

M&L PCC in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic & other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed (type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate).

Cleaning underground and over head tanks internally from base to top including scraping the mud, silt from the base and walls, washing internal surfaces with clean water and removing the silt/mud outside the surrounding area and desilting/removal of mud from the connecting pipes cleaning the mouths of the internal pipes and depositing n. exc 100m away from site of any capacity and height upto 25 metre complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 4140.00 for retrieved materials as mentioned in Schedule of Credit attached in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
