Taking down carefully existing aluminium conductor point wiring (light / fan / socket or power point) complete, with all fittings such as switches, socket, regulator, ceiling rose, utility light fittings and lamp holders etc and removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, roof and floor etc as per existing specification.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and fan regulators etc. for reuse at site. (Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Material and labour for point wiring for one light/ fan point controlled by 1 one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through existing/ new PVC concealed conduit along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes , readily available (Having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mmX300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm) concealed type with 2mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good disturbed surface.

All as per item No 3 above but for one three pin switch socket outlet, 5 Amp on independent board.

Comprehensive repair/ maintenance electric operating system with gear and 3 phase 415 volt for rolling shutter motor. a) Dismantling the electrical connection from system and removing out the Induction Motor and Gear Box for Reconditioning/ Overhauling completely. b) Transporting the induction motor capacity 1 HP to civil work shop and strip opening the motor and removing out the burnt out winding and cleaning of the stator core and rewinding with suitable size super enamelled copper wire with necessary insulation and varnishing , replacement of unserviceable ball bearing and assembling back the motor and re-fixing with gear box and necessary electrical connections and testing completely.

c) Overhauling and servicing of speed reducing gear box assembly and greasing servicing and filling of new gear oil for smooth functioning of the system completely. d) Refixing back the entire system (Gear box and Induction motor) with necessary alignment with main shaft for smooth functioning of the system. e) Dismantling the unserviceable motor controller device 3 phase 440 volt with relay 1 No. Contactor 2 Nos NO and NC relay and push buttons with sheet steel enclosure etc and S&F new motor controller with necessary control wiring and testing completely. f) Dismantling the limit switches with necessary metal parts from rolling shutter and S&F new Limit Switch of suitable size and capacity with necessary welding/ brazing with shutter frame with necessary alignment complete. g) Fabrication and supply and fixing base frame for induction motor and gear box assembly with suitable nut bolt washers etc. h) Testing and commissioning the rolling shutter

M&L for carrying out general and routine maintenance 'B' check including replacement of filters such as oil filters, fuel filters, cooling elements and complete with 'O' rings and drain out the engine oil and filling up with the new engine oil including testing up to 100 kVA DG sets complete all as specified and directed by the Engr- in- charge. Note- The quoted rate includes replacement of fuel filter, oil filter,Lub filter , tank Cleaning and checking all electrical connection as per the satisfaction of Engineer- in-charge

M&L for painting of 30 HP to 90 HP capacity mono block/ centrifugal pump and motor along with connected pipe line upto 7 Mtrs with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer, including cleaning and degreasing the surface.

S&F in repairs rubber gasket 500x500mm size 6mm thick suitable for submersible/mono block pump sets & motors.

M&L for overhauling of existing star delta starter cleaning of all power contactor terminals replacement if required and renewal of unserviceable perished copper wiring, aluminium/ copper lugs, push buttons and indication lamps etc, including necessary electrical connections and testing the motor with load.

Cleaning of E/M installation yard (pump houses) by cutting bushes, shrubs/cleaning grass and other wild growth trees of upto satisfaction.

M&L for run lead joint for 150mm dia. cast iron spigot and socket pipe.

Supply and install fire hydrant stand post single out let type made out of 80mm dia. MS pipe, 1.50 mtr long, with 90 degree bend, both ends flanged.

Refixing of fire hydrant control valve as serviceable obtained from item No. 56 above including renewal of nuts, bolts, washers and gasket with out disturbing the fire man system.

Supply and install fire hydrant control valve made out of gunmetal, single headed outlet type, 63mm dia. confirming to IS.

S&F in repairs female adaptor made of brass gun metal, 63mm dia. including all necessary welding/ brazing works without disturbing fireman lines & testing. Note: Nylon or rubber washers if any existing in the valves shall be removed before welding/ brazing and the same shall be re-inserted after completion of the job. In case of any damage, the washers shall be replaced with new ones with out any extra cost to the Govt..

M&L for joints with rubber or fibre board gasket of 10mm thick for flanged pipe joints for MS/CI/DI pipes confirming to IS using suitable nuts, bolts, & washers as required at site for 80mm dia. Pipe.

All as per item No.61 above but 100mm dia.
