S&F in replacing LT cable junction boxes out of polycarbonate with glass fibre reinforced and size not less than 104x104x70 mm ( cable size upto 4 sqmm ) . The polycarbonate junction box shall be environmental friendly , recyclable , halogen and sylicon free, anti acid and anti corrosive with IP rating IP 67/69 in accordance with IEC 60529 weather proof UV resistant , rain water proof and temparature resistant . The gasket material of junction box shall be polyurethane and internally embedded. The junction box comprises of DIN rail and terminal for 3 phase . The degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08 incl 5 pole terminals comany fitted and chromium plated clamps complete all as specified and directed. ( For post top/bollard connection) Cat part no :- KF 0404 B of Hensel or equivalent make in Seimens/GE/ABB

M&L for replacing 3 core copper flexible cable 1.5 sqmm PVC sheathed FRLS complete incl taking down all as specified and directed .( For connection to flood light fitting)

Supply and erection truely vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair/replacing PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of required shape incl necessary form work , rendering with cement mortar 1:4 finishing complete incl two coat of distumbering as per approved colour duly making surface preparation and two coat of cement primer all as specified and directed. of post top lantern/bollards incl necessary form works

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 and applying two coats of white wash to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 25X4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009.00 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including exaction/earth work in any type of strata PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, I watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs, including galvanised iron strip 25X4 mm with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified.
