OD31127/2024-2025:Providing scaffolding for applying grease on the roller wheel assembly of the shutter and applying cardium compound on wire rope including the cost of material charge, handling charge etc. complete (Temporary platform for 1Day)

OD31119/2024-2025:Removing debris and cleaning the shutter, grooves, seal tracks, and roller tracks

OD31120/2024-2025:OVERHAULING of hoisting mechanism, FILLING of new Gear oil in reduction Gear boxes, GREASING of all plummer blocks, shafts and all movable parts. ALIGNMENT and CHECKING of entire mechanisms, REPLACEMENT of DAMAGED bolt and nuts as per the instructions from the departmental officers at site.

OD31123/2024-2025:Supply of SS BOLT and NUT up to 300mm Length including cost of conveyance.

OD31121/2024-2025:Alignment checking and correcting of wire ropes and pulley assembly of shutters including cost of all labour , incidental charges, tools and conveyance etc. complete

OD31122/2024-2025:Applying grease on the wheel assembly and Pulley Block Assembly of the regulating shutters, including Materials, labour, conveyance etc, complete as per the directions of departmental officers at site. (8 nos of rollers per shutter -1 Set)

OD31125/2024-2025:Checking Electromagnetic brake assembly and connection, Cleaning the drum and brake pad and adjusting the brake

OD35226/2025-2026:Dismantling and taking out of shutter parts from the bay after cutting into pieces and stacking at a distance within 100m from the site conveniently.

OD37688/2024-2025:Supply of MS plates confirming to IS 2062GrB including cost of conveyance charges(#)

OD37687/2024-2025:Supply of MS Tees, Angles, Joists, ISMB, ISMC confirming to IS2062GrA/B including cost of conveyance charges.(#)

OD37702/2024-2025:[85-110] Fabrication and supply of Structural steel wheel gate and accessories as per approved specification, drawings and directions of deptl officer at site including cost of labour, machinery, all leads and lifts, incidental and handling charges etc. complete but excluding cost of material already supplied.(#)

85.114:Painting all the exposed surfaces of the gate and embedded parts with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc on dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns , so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350 microns after cleaning the surface using hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges , cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site
