Material and Labour for Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc including removal/uprooting of grass/bushes, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bage or mechanical fans to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 10Kg/10Sqm by mechanical Sprayer, laying bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete carpeting, 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical sensor paver complete, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller to required camber and gradient and rolled to uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: :- The quoted rate against the above items shall also be deemed to included for carefully removal of existing road furniture ie cats eye/road stud and refixing the same with adhesive on road after repair. Any damages to existing road furniture shall have to be make good/replaced by the contractor at his own arrangement and cost.

Materials and labour for hot applied theromo plastic road marking paint inclusive type-I reflectorsing glass beads as per table 800-3-800-4 of MORT&H applied in uniform thikness of at least 1.5 mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II @250 gms per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC 35, with traffic divertion arrangrments if required complete as per MORT&H specification clause 803.4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply and fix solar road struds, flashing type, bi-directional with LEDS (Light emitting Diods) on each sides red colour with reflector strip & aluminium cast housing with & incl fixing arrangement as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ABS Engineering plastic road cats eye dinamically designed having impact reflector both side size-110x128x29.5mm wt 248 grm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of Cement Concrete i.e ground floors and pavings Not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centi- metre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Forming contraction (Dummy) Joints Grade 'A' , 150mm deep X 10mm wide filled with sealing Compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Materials and Labour for carryout soil investigation/testing profiles/proportion to determine safe bearing capacity of sub soil by conducting bore holes of 150mm dia(STP) in sub soil strata down to 10 meters depth of refusal which ever is encountered earlier inclusive field and lab investigation according to relevent specifications of IS:2131, IS:6403, IS:1498 and IS:2720 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & Labour for conducting CBR (California bearing ratio) test at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for conducting plate load test using of plate size 1.50m x 1.50m x 1.50m complete all as specified and directed.
