Operation and maintenance of entire HVAC system having centralised plant of 3 Nos. X 350 TR capacity water cooled Centralised AC Plant along with all its related equipments and associated accessories as per the list attached in the Annexure -I of Particular Specifications etc. installed at NITB, in shifts of operation as per the need basis on all days including Sunday and public holidays etc. complete as required as per the terms and conditions of the contract.

Comprehensive maintenance of entire high side and low side HVAC system having centralised plant of 3 Nos. X 350 TR capacity water cooled centrifugal chillers of Carrier Make (Year of installation 2015) including supply and fixing / repair / replacement of defective components, supply and charging of oil and refrigerant as and when required, carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance as per manufacturer's & AAI guidelines, troubleshooting of faults , providing all replacement spares & consumables, maintenance of records/documentation etc as per terms and condtitions of contracts complete as required. Inspection to be carried out through OEM once in a quarter and also attending breakdown calls for High side system chillers.

Comprehensive maintenance of air cooled Ducted split Inverter Air conditioner 2 Nos x 19 Ton ( 2 no 5.5 Ton fixed out door unit and 1 no. 8 Ton inverter type outdoor unit along with Indoor unit) of blue star make (Year of installation 2019) including replacement of all defective parts,consumable and refrigerant gas (R410A).

Concealing of existing CPVC drain pipe of size 25 mm by cutting the tiles with tile cutters and finishing the area to the orginal finish and providing and fixing tiles of required sizes.

Execution of HVAC item of work as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M)-2018 as and when required. ( Tenderers are dvised to Quote above/below base rate of Rs. 1 Lakh, if quote is 1 your offer will be at par with the estimated cost. 1.05 means 5% above, 0.95 means 5% below.)
