Fabrication, Welding, Painting, Erection, laying through pipe rack, testing ( DP test at all welding joints, Radiography Test at 10 % of welding joints, Hydro test ) & Commissioning of LP Steam line using 150 NB, SCH 80, CS pipe ( IBR certified ) including fixing of equipments like steam traps with 25 NB pipe line ( 6 Nos), pressure gauges (2 Nos), control valve (1 No) , flow meter (1 No) , gate / globe valves (4 Nos), NRV, safety valve etc as per the tendative drawing ( Approximate length of pipe 230 mtrs)

Insulation of erected 150 NB / 100 NB steam pipe lines using LRB mineral wool mattress and protected by wire mesh and Aluminum sheet (surface area of pipe to be insulated is 150 Sq. Metre)
