REPAIR/MAINT OF HT/LT CABLES, VCBS, POWER TRANSFORMER AND MISC E/M ITEMS AT DEF LAB JODHPUR

M&L for minor repairing of 33/11 KV power transformer capacity from 3.15 MVA at site by disconnecting primary and secondary side electrical connection including rectification of leakage problem of any type, replacement of bush insulators, gaskets/packings after opening of top cover of transformer, required nuts, bolt and washers and radiator brazing work etc and reconnection of all electrical connection including replacement of cable gland of suitable size required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The cost of minor spare parts e.g. gaskets/packing, nut-bolts-washers, lugs, neoprene rubber, ACSR jumper, etc. are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) The cost fabricated copper strip/bus bar to connect secondary side bushing will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The cost of required T&P is deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor.

Disconnecting HT/LT Connection before Repair /servicing and testing of distribution transformer at site of capacity 63 KVA to 01 MVA installed on Plinth / Pole mounted structure by opening top cover & replacing unserviceable spares / components of transformer ,without lifting core assembely reassembling after repair & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Rewinding of transformer HT/LT Coils shall be carried out from ISO certified 2008 Coy. (b) Replacement of unserviceable spares shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate Item of schedule however cost of renewal of Nut, bolts & washers shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for copper earthing with copper earth Plate 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix Four pole contactor 25 to 30 Amp including taking down old unserviceable contactor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix Four pole contactor 35 to 40 Amp including taking down old unserviceable contactor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of defective/ cracked HT porcelain bushing (set of three) of suitable size for transformer any capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of defective/ cracked LT porcelain bushing (set of four) of suitable size of transformer any capacit including washers of good quality complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair HT bush rod (set of three) made out of copper with brass nuts and washers of required length and dia (as per existing) including connecting up with HT coil of transformer any capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair LT bush rod (set of four) made out of copper with brass nuts and washers of required length including and dia (as per existing) connecting up with LT coil of transformer any capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking down silica gel container from transformer and refill new silica including refitting the same as per position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only tinned copper fuse wire 18/ 20 SWG complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aluminium lugs of size 25 -95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aluminium lugs of size 120-300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only insulation tape roll (6 mtr long) in four colours (Red, blue, yellow & black) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gang operated switch outdoor type 11000 Volts, 400 Amp capacity tripple pole machenically operated suitable for operation from ground level and for vertical mounting complete with HT insulators 12 Nos. with dropout fuse set, channel, knife blades, GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for operating mechanism worked from ground level , locking arrangement with handle all as specified.

Dismantling Pin/Disc type insulators with all fittings of any description,Discharge capacity and size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade of HT line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pin type,porcelain,vitreous,white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm Height, 150mm dia for 33000 Volt Grade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M &L Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green, ‘two-in-series assembly’ for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 33000 Volt, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling unserviceable Lightning Arresters with all fittings of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for HT 11 KV lightening arrestor expulsion type having discharge capacity of 65 KA, suitable for 11 KV HT line includng making connection with GI earth wire.

M & L Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA , 33000V grade all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Repairs GOD and Drop out fuse unit set 9/12 insulator type complete including replacement of all UNSV jumpers, aluminium lugs, nut bolts ,changing of U clips/Feeze clamp of horizontal/vertical clamps, applying greasing to exixting GOD and DO for smooth functioning including necessary adjustment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repair Digital Volt Meter for 11/0.433 KV alongwith suitable control wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repair Digital Amp Meter for 11/0.433 KV alongwith suitable control wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair LED indicator (R,Y,B) for 11/0.433 KV,110 Volt, with control wiring complete all as specified and dirceted by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of unserviceable CT for LT with ratio (200/5 Amp) all as per existing make by commissioning and installing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S&F and testing in replacement of unserviceable Power factor Control relay as per existing stage & make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S & F in replacement of oil temperature indicator gauge suitble for transformer of capacity 11KV/433 Volt complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in charge

M&L for ZEBRA painting of PCC poles 9/11 mtr long alongwith road upto 1.5 m height from pedestal, with two coats of enamel synthetic paints in 30 cm height incl painting of pole coping with white paint and making good to PCC/coping if damaged complete all as directed by EIC.

M & L for painting of 33 KV tower/pole including accessories complete spray painting with two coats of enamel synthetic silver paints over a one coat of red oxide incl all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning, scrapping incl. necessary preparation of surface at site and spray painting (existing colour) of distribution transformer of any type complete of capacity 63 KVA to 3.15 MVA all as directed by EIC.

M & L for cleaning, scrapping incl. necessary preparation of surface at site and painting complete 33/11 KV yard/MRS including accessories complete spray painting with two coats of enamel synthetic silver paints over a one coat of red oxide incl all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for attending the complaints of HT/LT UG cable any size and any length incl detecting the fault by visual inspection of Line, meggering of line/equipments and resuming the power supply by rectification of faults on top priority up to satisfaction level complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note :- (i) Cost of labour for excavation, T&P and fault locator machine required for detection/rectification of faults shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Items required for rectification of faults like HT/LT lugs, nut bolts etc of suitable size and capacity as specified shall be provided by the contractor and the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Contractor will attend the complaints within two hours of intimation and ensure early rectification of faults failing which the financial panelty will be imposed on contractor as found suitable.

M&L for straight through jointing kit, 25 to 95 sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated electric power cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 41.00 here-in-above, but 120 to 300 sqmm

Material and labour for end jointing kit, indoor type heat shinkable 95 to 150 sqmm 3 core suitable for 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated electric power cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 43.00 here-in-above, but outdoor type.

M&L for factory repair / servicing of step down transformer including repair/ replacement of worn out spares, replacement of transformer oil after cleaning the transformer body thoroughly in side and out side with cotton and sand paper and reassembling, installation the same on its existing position connecting and testing complete 11/0.433 KV transformer of 63 to 100 KVA capacity including loading, unloading, transportation of faulty transformer from defence lab area to factory premises and back for major repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1. New spares required for replacement of faulty parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule. 2. The cost for fault checking/ fault finding, servicing and repairing including minor parts such as gasket/packing, neoprene rubber, nut, bolts, washers, lugs etc are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as per item No. 52.00 here-in-above, but capacity of 125 KVA to 315 KVA.

All as per item No. 52.00 here-in-above, but capacity of 400 KVA to 1000 KVA.

Supply, fabrication, assembling, and testing HT/LT coil rewinding of transformer with super enameled or double paper insulated mass impregnated complete limbs of three phase complete with all insulating material copper winding wire/strip of appropriate size and gauge with equal No of turns to match the existing coil of respective distribution power transformer of any type and capacity all as directed by EIC. Note: 1. The cost for dismantling of burned transformer winding including other necessary work required is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 2. The cost for testing is also included in above rate. The old winding will be dismantled in the presence of EIC.

M&L for filling of new transformer oil up to minimum level, dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 50KV at 2.5mm. Gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of synthetic insulating mat suitable for 11 KV installation of size 1.00 m x 2.00 m and 25mm thick (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber hand gloves (ISI Marked) suitable for working with 11 KV HT lines complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber gum boot (ISI Marked) suitable for working with 11 KV HT lines complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jaipuria/Rashtriya Electricals

M&L for existing HT 11 KV VCBs cleaning, rubbing and servicing the mechanical parts including replacement of UNSV Trip coil, and re-assembling the same after replacement as required and ,make the VCB serviceable including making all electrical Connection and Testing ( IR Test, Continuity Test, Tripping test of earth fault and Over current of panel ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The Spare parts of VCB, which are given below measured and paid saperately, remaining parts required at site deemend in the quoted rates.

Supply & Fixing Configuring remote switch compatible for 11KV VCB panle 32 Amps 440 Volts including taking down old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply & fixing Solid state relay IMDT type (02 O/C +01 EF) for 11 KV VCB panel, Auxilliary supply 30 Volt DC complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply & fixing Control cable of 10 core, 2.5 sqmm. complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge.

M&L for triming of tree branches (tree prunning) of any girth/dia to clear the route of HT over head lines around the 3 Mtr from the external conductors by using JCB, Hydra Crane including removing the cut branches from site and depositing at any places all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Schedule of credit as per availabilty at site, Contractor will not claim for the same during execution of work.
