Replacement of lantern carriage and LED flood light fittings for 30 Mtr height High Mast installed at Mallya Gate

Supply of Lantern Carriage with 12 Arms suitable to install 12 Nos. 500W LED Flood Lights for 30M height High Mast. (As per Technical Specification)

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 500 W LED Flood light fittings complete with driver and necessary accessories as required to maintain Average 25 Lux for keeping minimum uniformity. Bidder to submit illumination design with location of the mast. Housing material of the flood light should be Matt Grey powder coated pressure Die-cast aluminium housing, with heat resistant tempered glass cover. System wattage of the luminaire should be within 500W and system lumen output should not be less than 120 lm/W. And total Luminous flux shall be 60000 lm (+/- 10%). The fixture should be available with choice of beam angles of NB A3 -25°. Fixture should be suitable for a input voltage range of 120 V to 270 V AC with input power supply of 230V AC ± 10 %. Lifetime should be at least 50,000 burning hours. Ingress protection class of IP 66 and impact resistance of IK 07. Bidder to submit LM 79-80 report of the luminaire from NABL / Govt approved test house along with BIS certificate as required. (As per Technical Specification)

Releasing of existing lantern carriage, light fittings, control gears, clamps etc. complete set & Transport to Sub Division - I.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Lantern Carriage with 12 Arms including required modifications if any to the existing 30Mtrs High Mast. Work includes supplying & fixing of 3 core x 1.5 sq.mm copper flexible cable, Junction Box, S.S. bolts & nuts, clamps, and fixing of LED type double dome aviation obstruction light etc. complete. (Department will supply Aviation light)
