Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and depth as required to provide space for repairing 200 mm bore CI (Class ‘B’) pipe line, bailing out water from the pit/trench for repairs the pipe line cutting existing pipe line 50 cm to 75 cm length as required (damaged/leakage portion of pipe line) and supply & fix 200 mm bore CI /DI pipe of required length with rubber rings and detachable joints of suitable size and testing of pipe line leakage to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in each layer.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and depth as required to provide space for repairing 200 mm bore CI/DI pipe line, bailing out water from the pit/trench for repairs the pipe line and filling the joint with lead wool properly, cocking for stoping leakage and testing the pipe line joint to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in each layer. Note for item No 1&2:- (1) The contractor should rectify the defects within 24 hours from the time of information. If contractor failed to rectify the defects within 24 hours, then the recovery will be made against the contractor @ Rs.1000/- per day for delay period (ii) Any type of tools , transportation and petty items required at site will deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates.

Supply & fixing in repair cast iron sluice valves with wheel Stem -S S Internal -Gun metal drilling as Per IS 1538 of 200mm dia both ends flanged and drilled, PN 1.6 complete with cap gland, gland packing, thrust plate cover, long body spindle, nut, bolt, face rings, and 2 Nos of MS flanges required for fixing valves with pipe lines / pipe fitting body suitable for body test pressure of 24 Kg / Sq cm and seat tested for 16 Kg / Sq cm all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair cast iron sluice valves with wheel Stem -S S Internal -Gun metal drilling as Per IS 1538 of 150 mm dia both ends flanged and drilled, PN 1.6 complete with cap gland, gland packing, thrust plate cover, long body spindle, nut, bolt, face rings, and 2 Nos of MS flanges required for fixing valves with pipe lines / pipe fitting body suitable for body test pressure of 24 Kg / Sq cm and seat tested for 16 Kg / Sq cm all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair cast iron NRV of 200mm dia Swing Check type G. M. Flap Drilling as per IS:1538 , Body tested to 15 Kg/Sq Cm and Seat tested to 10 Kg/Sq cm both ends flanged and drilled, valve, face rings, and 2 Nos of MS flanges required for fixing of NRV with pipe lines / pipe fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Air Release Valve of 200 mm bore (Isolating) Cast iron Air Valve (Isolating) Type G&K with Isolating Valve Internals Brass Nut, Natural Rubber Moulded on wooden Balls Drilling as per IS 1538 , Body tested to 15 Kg/CM Sq complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5M wide and n.exc. 1.50M in depth for foundation or for taking out/ down rusted water pipe line etc.not.exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.50M depth and getting out any type of soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in thickness all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc ) , Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction , double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets and spigot, collars, caps and plugs in CI pipe Line of 200 mm bore complete all as directed

Taking out old/damaged CI/DI Pipe line with accessories from the trench complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and lay Cast iron pipes 200 mm bore with Spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast class 'B' conforming to IS 1536-2001 in any length, tested to 24 Kg/Sqcm laid in trenche complete and testing of pipe line leakage to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and lay in repair pipe ductile iron , S/S including specials,class K-9,200 mm (8'') dia complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for lead wool joint suitable for spigot and socket pipes and fittings of 200 mm bore complete all as specified and drected by EIC

M&L for Rubber gasket ring joint suitable for spigot and socket pipes and fittings of 150 mm bore complete all as specified and drected by EIC

M&L for construction of brick mesonary valves chamberof size 1200 x 1200 x 1000 mm ( Internal dimensions ) with 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to internal walls, floors and upto 150 mm depth below ground level to external walls,including provision of 3 mm thick MS Sheet cover fixed to Ms angle iron frame out of 40 x 40 x 4 mm thick angle iron with necessary MS flat iron stiffeners of size 40 mm x 4 mm including two coat of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces and provision of locking arrangement including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and laid in trench 20 mm dia galvanised steel medium grade pipe including complete fitting from existing taping point to PVC over head tank for filling the water complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in repair stop valves , cast copper alloy , screwed down , high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 1000 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and making incoming and out going connection complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix ball brass valves of 20 mm dia , high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for PCC type B2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in platform of PVC tank base etc. complete with quick setting cement complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.
