Preparation by removing of old paint on steel roof surfaces with paint remover or by burning off with blow lamps, cleaning by steel wire brushing, sand paper and brooming down any Nos of coats , surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished materials to a distance not exceeding 100m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness, size, quality or description from wooden frames glazed with putty or fixed with bead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick figured glass, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.50sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor or in hard standing, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire bruses for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm over existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% paving bitumen content (VG-30) and minimum 2% cement as filler by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and laid with self propelled mechanical paver fixed with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Semi Dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder contents shall be provided as per design mix.

M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint white or golden yellow all as specified and directed.

E/M WORKS(INTERNAL) Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store(to be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse), complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.50 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, drawn through and including PVC conduit 20 mm dia(medium grade) complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including factory made sunk type mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick (wall thickness) conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) with 3mm thick hylem sheet top cover for mounting switches/ sockets/regulator etc., including 1.50 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for One light point/ One fan point/bell point controlled by one switch including cutting chases for concealed conduit, pinning in, making good to facing and disturbed surfaces using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and covers shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty underground electric cable aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core, connecting to LT panels, main switch with suitable size aluminium lugs, including cliping or fixing on wall or ceiling with suitable clamp, nut, bolts or laying in trenches/ ducts etc.and including taking down old existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified & directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and covers shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading dry sand of approved quality for cushioning of UG cable laid in trenches 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying & streching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Supply and laying in trenches dry well burnt locally available best quality sub class “B” bricks of size 230x115x75mm over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and laying/ fixing GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole with suitable clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down street light fittings any type and watt including accessories from 8.5/9 mtr pole and top of building or other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and testing LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing, top maintainable type with toughened glass cover in IP 66 protection, 45W suitable for pole dia 40mm including fabrication of existing bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F polycarbonate PVC junction box/ bus bar chamber for loop connection of street light cable of size 205x255x112mm with 5 pole terminals with provision for cable entry and exit and making holes on steel pole where required, fixed on pole steel/PCC with suitable two flat iron clamp made out of 25x4mm and GI nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light panel 3 phase, TPN 63 Amp digital 24 hrs for on and off of street light, Din rail mounted single channel including time switch two module operated and power contactor 3 pole, 50amps capacity panel mounting with entry terminal din rail single channel , including taking down existing unserviceable panel complete all as specified and directed.
