Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any descriptionon on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debris to out side Mil Stn, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on surface other than fair face of brick or stone masonry/concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing liquid @ 2% by weight of cement and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Water Proofing shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only intergal Water Proofing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces as in ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrosion paint to visible reinforcement if any. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded with reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate will be inclusive of scaffolding for single/double/ tripple storey, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on newly plaster surface of walls (tint as approved by Engr-in-Charge) with sponge roller, including preparation of surfaces and priming with alkali resistant priming paint on avg 1-2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new ceilings surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of cement based paint incl cement primer on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces,complete all as specified and directed.
