SPECIAL REPAIR TO OR MARRIED ACCN BLDG NO P 79 (19 CAMP) AT PRC RAMGARH CANTT

Taking down existing roof treatment any thickness including plastering, leaping plaster of any thickness cuting & up rooting tree roots/vegitable growth & removing the debris from the premises upto 500m from the MOD land including cleaning/washing down and keeping surfaces clean complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry (@ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm) mixed with water proofing compound in the proportion ,water proofing compound, water and cement (1:4:7) or as per manufacturer's instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ"

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) ,type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg of cement as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc.,on roof surface for correcting/ making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed. Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ"

M & L for cutting 75 mm wide and 65 deep in brick wall/PCC block/RCC surface any location shaping horizontal face groove filled with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with and including chemical compound mixed in proportion 200 mili litre per 50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions laid when concrete is still green, complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over non accessible/ non approachable RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall( horizontal/vertical surface) to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly with wire brush & apply 10 mm thick plaster /rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (b) Applying approved bituminous based primer( conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.50 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 150 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP modified polymeric membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Applying two coat of bituminious based Aluminium Paint @ 0.3 Kg /sqm over APP Membrane.

M & L for application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over accessible/ approachable RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall( horizontal/vertical surface) to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer /authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly & apply 10 mm thick plaster /rendering in cement mortar (1:7) with WPC as per manufactures instructions (b) Applying approved bituminous based primer( conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.30 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface er . (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. S&F Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick screed bed /cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm in sunken portion including cleaning of surfaces complete.after treatment the same shall be tested for leakage/seepage/dampness by ponding with water for 72 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 50 micron thick polythene film laid ona coat of bituemen primer @ 0.3 to 0.5 kg per sq mm sunken floor etc complete all as specified and directed.
