M & L for dismantling taking down after disconnecting out door units of split A/C of capacity 2.0 TR from existing location at INAS 322 on walls at a height up to 5 Meters from ground level and transporting to local workshp from site including its pipes, connecting cable, clamps/stands, water drain pipes etc and replacement of hermatically sealed Rotary Compressor unit suitable for split type ACs of 2 Ton capacity in exchange of the existing unserviceble sealed compressor unit including connecting up charging R22 refrigerant gas up to the desired pressure after checking leakage test at workshop complete and transporting back, re-fixing at same location as directed connecting up with existing all accessoresires such as clamps, pipes, stand for outdoor unit including servicing to indoor units at site and making stasifactory working of A/C unit in all respect all as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-charge qty -12 each Schedule of Credit : Old U/S compressor retrieved shall be the department property and the Ratet for Rs. 1000/- each minimum will be deducted from quoted rates as sch of credit
