spreading the material uniformly over the prepared sub-grade using a motor
grader, mixing in place or in a wet mix plant as required, and compacting the
layer with an 8–10 tonne vibratory roller to attain the desired density and

SEWAGE PUMPING STATION
Description Unit Quantity Amount
36 The scope of work includes the design, construction, supply, installation, and
commissioning of a Sewerage Pumping Station, including all associated civil,
electro-mechanical, and instrumentation works, complete with submersible
non-clog vertical pumps (1 working + 1 standby), along with all necessary
accessories and fittings required for proper operation and performance.
which broadly cover units such as the Inlet Pipe, Inlet Chamber, Mechanical
and Manual Screen Chamber, Wet Well, Pump House, Panel Room,
Transformer yard, Diesel generator (DG) set, Toilet Block, Approach Road,
Compound Wall with barbed wire fencing, Paver Block, Kerbing, Plantation,
Epoxy, M.S Jali etc. in the allotted Plot. The civil works shall involve
excavation, refilling, and disposal of excavated materials with all required
leads and lifts for all types of soil strata; laying of PCC (M-15 grade, 1:3:6)
below all components; and construction of raft, walls, and other structural
elements using RCC of M-30 grade with TMT Fe 550 reinforcement steel.
Further, internal and external plastering of 20 mm thickness shall be carried
out as per requirement, along with the provision of cast iron (C.I.) steps or
M.S Ladder for accessibility and whitewashing of all components. All works
shall be executed as per relevant IS codes and as directed by the Engineer-in-
Charge, including any additional requirements necessary for the completion
of the project.
Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of 1 Mechanical and
Manual Coarse Screen of required size. SITC of a "Multi-Rake" Mechanical
Coarse Bar Screen, suitable for installation in the channel as per the required
depth. The screen shall have bar spacing of 25 mm, fabricated using 10 mm
thick x 50 mm deep flat bars, inclined at an angle conforming to standard
specifications for optimal screening performance. The entire structure shall
be fabricated in SS 304 grade to ensure durability and corrosion resistance
under wastewater conditions.SITC of Manual Screen fabricated from
Stainless Steel (SS) 304 material, consisting of 9.0 mm diameter round bars
with clear bar spacing as per standard design criteria. The bars shall be
precisely welded onto an outer frame constructed using equal leg SS angles
of appropriate size, with intermediate support members provided at
required intervals to ensure structural stability.

Mechanical Works
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete mechanical
system including submersible non-clog sewage pumps with accessories, DI
pipelines (K-9) and DI specials, sluice valves (manual/electrically actuated),
non-return valves, mechanical bar screen, odour control device, expansion
bellows, MS structural supports, chain pulley block, and all allied fittings,
complete with fabrication, erection, alignment, painting, testing and trial run
as per specifications.
Electrical Works
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete electrical system
including LT/MCC panel, starters/soft starters/ATS, MCCB/MCB protection,
power and control cables, cable trays, glands and lugs, internal & external
wiring, LED lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, earthing system, distribution
boards and all associated accessories, complete in all respects as per IS
standards and technical specifications.
Instrumentation Works
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete instrumentation
system including electromagnetic flow meter with transmitter and
GSM/GPRS communication, displacer type level switches, diaphragm sealed
pressure gauges, valve position transmitters, instrument cables, surge
protection, calibration, integration with control panel and commissioning,
complete as per technical specifications.
All equipment and materials shall conform to relevant IS/IEC standards and
shall be installed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Station (SPS). No extra payment shall be made for any additional items,

the same in their quoted rates.

The cost of Topography survey, Geotechnical Investigation and any other Field Survey/Tests is in the Scope of the Contractor and it is deemed to
be included in the Quoted Price by the Contractor and no other separate item on this, will be payable to the Contractor.
