Note:- Consultant should:- (a) To collect the neccessary data and other parametres for design suitable system as per specific requirement. (b) Ground floor & First floor plan and photographs of the same are attached for your reference. (,c) Carry out detailed engineering and design based on the data furnished to meet the requirement. (d) Prepare preliminary drawings giving all the civil requirements i.e foundations,layout of machinaries, opening sizes etc (e) Based on the final architectural drawings carry out final design of all the systems and prepare final tender drawings for all disciplines. (f) Prepare tender documents with all drawings and comprehensive bill of material and other terms and conditions and handover for inviting tenders from prominent parties in respective disciplines. (g) Visit the site along with their engineering team before carrying out the final design of all the system and prepration of final BOQ. (h) All the final design and drawings of all the system and the final BOQ shall be vetted by any of the IIT.
