Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying pipes etc including forming bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in trenches centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pipes of 150 mm dia suitable for pressurized water delivery with spigot & socket end, class 'K-9' conforming to IS:8329/2000 (latest version) - blast furnace slag cement with Portland cement properties suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, duly ISI marked in any length including testing all as specified and directed including taking down of old U/S CI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All the nuts, bolts & washers for flanged joints, including valves, ebnds etc across the DI pipe line should be of SS material.

Material and labour for ISI marked ductile iron socketed fittings supplied as per IS: 9523/2000 of class K-12, PN-10 for pressurized water delivery with inside Cement Mortar lining and outside zinc followed by black bitumen coating for size 100mm dia to 250 mm dia such as bends, Tapers tale pieces, Tee pieces (single branch) Y junction double branch, cross collars, caps and plug set including rubber ring push on joints complete including taking down old U/S fittings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 here-in-before, but flanged fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing CI/ DI pipes in position for insertion of new collars/ Tees /branches/new pipes 300 mm dia CI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint with rubber gasket joint of 150 mm bore DI spigot and socketed pipes pipes/fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 150 mm bore cast iron sluice valve with flanged ends of type PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846:2000 with cast iron wheel and brass spindle including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix cast iron air release valve with two air outlets 150 mm bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness, below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 0.9 x 0.9 x 7 mtr (internal dimensions) including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type B-2 in foundation brick work in CM 1:4, 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally and flush pointing externally in same mortar as the work process angle iron frame work 40X40X6mm, with 6mm thick MS sheet cover with 12 mm dia handle and locking arrangement (including lock and two Keys) and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolition of old valve pits complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 50mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR-13.5 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings, including jointed with yellow solvents cement including taking down old unserviceable GI/PPR/CPVC pipes, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed,.

All as per item No 14 here-in-before, but 25mm dia of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing copper pipe lines between of Package AC indoor and out door units, controller cables,evacuation of refrigerent from the existing units, including Shifting of old unserviceable OUT door units from foundation etc complete including refixing, testing & commissioning after repair works of 03 Nos Package AC system of capacity 5.5 TR complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate is deemed to be included for dismantling of false ceiling and removal, making good to match the existing surfaces. (ii) The rates is deemed to be incl for refixing of false ceiling whereever the changes of supply and return duct system

Supply, installation , testing of Air cooled condensing outdoor unit with all necessary ancillaries, safety devices including controller for Package AC of capacity 5.5 TR complete or nearest higher availble capacity, .including required foundation for base and installation work as per OEM recommendation with making up good existing walls/floors with existing finishes, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement of micro processor controller assembly in indoor units complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of blower unit complete assembly (excluding fan motor) of capacity with base frame, belts suitable for 7.5 TR Package AC of Make existing at site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of expansion valves of indoor units of capacity not less than 5.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of drier core of indoor units of capacity not less than 5.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of pre filters in three indoor units to suitable sizes for existing indoor units of capacity 5.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Material and laying of Refrigerant piping (Suction & Discharge) hard drawn from hard copper tube of suitable sizes as recommended by OEM , with copper elbows, tees all connecting material for Indoor and outdoor unit connections. Note:- One run of both Suction & Discharge pipe line along with insulation shall be measured as one length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of electrical control cables between indoor and outdoor units complete with all accessories and as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging Refrigerant Gas in sealed cylinder complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of power cable termination for indoor unit complete all as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Hard PVC drain piping of size 40 mm up to drain disposal area with nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet in replacement of size 24 Gauge(0.63mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet in replacement of size 22 Gauge(0.80mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing and application of Acoustic Insulation having 13 mm thickness at Inside the Duct with Engineered Nitrile Rubber open cell foam with Density 140 - 180 Kg/m3 using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of thermal Insulation having 19 mm thickness on ducts using closed cell class O Nitrile rubber elastomeric Insulation of density 40 - 60 Kg/m3 T using manufacturer recommended rubber based adhesive in blend of solvents with all complete all as specified by OEM and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour in repair machine made powder coated supply/return air square diffusers/grills of aluminium construction including VCD for supply air inlet complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and install in replacement of fire damper with fusible link complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement, testing of LT control Panel suitable for 7.5 TR x 03 Nos of Package units complete with accessories to operate the all the units with all standard safety measures and CPRI approved as recommended by OEM complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing eco friendly vapor barrier for HVAC ducts by applying fevicol make non flammable, low VOC, anti fungal, water based lag coating on the duct surface uniformly by brush or spreader, wrap the duct with 7 mils thick canvas or glass fiber cloth tightly with overlapping for avoiding air gaps, allow to dry and apply an additional coating over the duct in similar method all as per standard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing and connecting up earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe as directed/specified for loop earthing etc as required of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site after the length of strip 7.5 Mtr

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified including taking down of old item and complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of GI pipe 40 mm shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) GI strip and GI pipe length of upto 7.5 RM shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate and over and above shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying through pipes/along wall/roof/across drain XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for leak testing of Package type AC plant of capacity 5.5 TR including flushing out old moisturised gas and pressuring with nitrogen gas and kept for 24 hrs as per OEM specifications, vaccumising and refilling of nitrogen gas complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. Rate for supply and charging of Nitrogen deemed to be included in quated rate.

Note for Item No 20 to 44 :- (i) The work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. (ii) Any special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of the work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (iii) Necessary PCC/steel foundation works for installation of units all as per OEM specifications. The cost required for same shall be deemed to be included in the above unit cost. (iv) Any wall cutting and other works made during the execution of works to be finished as per existing surface and necessary colouring to be done all as specified and as directed. The cost for the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate. (v) The roof sheet/false ceiling along with accessories if required to be removed during the work shall be repaired/replaced/refixed to existing shape or as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above unit cost.

Supply,install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type panel board,dust and vermin proof having suitable width with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet enclosure powder coated, all necessary frame work , IP-65 protection including aluminum bus bar of approx minimum 800 amps with sufficient space duly laminated with PVC sleeves with colour coding, plate for fixing ACB/MCCB's, cover plate for covering ACB/MCCB's with openings for ACB/MCCB's knobs including front and back open, providing necessary tower bolt as required. The cabinet and all accessories should be chemically treated with nine panel process. All the incoming and outgoing cables should be drawn through proper holes and using double compression glands.

The panel should be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system, CTs, sliding fuse, control cable / wire, etc as required and internal connection should be suitable for 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system, CTs, sliding fuse, control cable / wire, etc as required and internal connection should be pre-wired with suitable size of power cable / control cable / copper solid wire/strip for instrument/protecting devices, all meters thimble for cable connection and comprising the following items duly connected with other electrical acessories and marking of all Incoming/outgoing feeders for identification of feeders by sticker letters or writing by paint including electrical connection of all inciming / outgoing cables as directed by Engr-in-charge including necessary foundation with MC75 and with PCC 1:2:4 type B-4 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix aluminium cable lugs of size up to 300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix double compression flame proof brass cable gland suitable for cable size upto 3.5X300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 40 mm bore GI tubes light grade, with all fittings laid in trenches or walls or for passing earth strip, etc , complete including taking down old item complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for riddled soil cushioning and covering of UG cables in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- For measurement purpose only punned thickness shall be measured and paid )

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm. laid in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100 mm bore High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) PN 10 laid in trenches/Wall/road crossing for suitable length as per sire requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing bituminous carpet road/PCC hard standing/tiles for laying of pipes/UG cables, re filling, ramming and making good the disturbed surfaces with cold mix bitumen to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.
