Sign Structure: 2 No.s of Precast RCC members irrected together with cast in situ foundation as per the drawings provided. These RCC members should be able to recive the sign panel and to take the load of the same. Cast in situ foundation should be provided keeping the vertical members straight in plumb with horizontal M.S. rods of 25 mm dia. Sign Panel: Made in 1.2 mm thick Alluminium tray (front and back) cut and bend to size with edges finished to match the desired shape and design intent as indicated in the drawings. Alluminium sheets to be powder coated in desired RAL colour with PVDF coating and fixed on hot dipped galvonized MS framework and shape as indicated in the drawings. Sign Face: Face to recieve self adhesive vinyl (3M or Avery Danisson brand with min 5 years exterior durability) artwork and PU paint as per drawing. ISO:9001-2008 certified. Flat face panels (ANO) in multiples of 125mm and 31mm used along with Side tracks and divider tracks to create directories of various configurations. Panel thickness from 1.5mm to 2mm. Polypropylene (PP) clips for clicking panels. Prewelded "L"Angles to be fixed to the pole, cast in situ concrete base in the ground. Sign Panel: Made in 3 mm thick Alluminium sheet cut to size with edges finished to match the desired shape and design intent as indicated in the drawings. Alluminium sheet to be powder coated in desired RAL colour with PVDF coating and fixed on hot dipped galvonized MS plate framework and shape as indicated in the drawings.
