Dismantling of existing fixed /RTU type DG set upto 250 KVA capacity alongwith associated items from its installed position i/c shifting & keeping the same within the exchange premises etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
Dismantling of existing DG set upto 50 KVA from its installed location and shifting the same alongwith associated items i.e. control panel, silencer, exhaust pipes, cables, earthing strips etc. if re-usable i/c transportation, loading, unloading at both ends & positioning the DG set at new location for installation etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (NB:-Within OA Mehsana)
Installation, testing and commissioning of existing DG set upto 50 KVA on existing foundation, along with all associated accessories i.e. control panel, exhaust pipes, m.s. flexible pipe, silencer i/c necessary modification, cutting, welding, asbestos rop clading , power and control cable laying , end termination, body and neutral earthing connection for loop earthing i/c minor repairing in control panel etc. complete as reqd. [NB:-Performance Test as per norms i/c all arrangement like artificial load, Manpower, Instruments & consumable etc. shall be provided by the agency.]
Callibration of the fuel pump & nozzle of DG set upto 50 KVA from authorised workshop i/c dismantling & refixing etc as reqd.
Repairing and servicing of starter cell of DG set upto 50 KVA Capacity i/c removing, rewinding, replacement of bendex , refixing etc comp as reqd.
Carry out of "B" check of the DG set upto 50 KVA capacity of various make i/c replacement of lube oil, lube oil filter, set of fuel filter, air filter, tightening of all nut bolts for arresting minor leakages, cleaning of the air filter, Tappet setting etc. as reqd.
