Filling mixture of earth and sludge or manure in the desired proportion in trenches, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supplying earth and sludge or manure and mixing excluded)

Earth filling under floor and in sub-station area including cost of earth. Earth to be obtained from outside the corporation area including its cartage and ramming, watering, dressing in 20 cm's thick layers including cost of earth with all lead and lift etc.

Providing and fixing 35mm x 6mm G.I strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. As required.

Providing of Gravel & spreading in switch yard area with 20mm nominal size in required thickness as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in Soil in Hilly Area/River Bed by Mechanical means i.e. backhole loader.

Cleaning, Dressing and labling of Switch yard and carry out from yard to out side.

Earth Work in Excavation by Mechnical means/ manual means over areas CC/Hardrock.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all works upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1-Cement; 4-Coarse sand and 8-Graded Stone agrregate 40 MM nominal size) (For Foundation, Footings, Bases of columns etc for Mass Concrete).

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- 1:2:4 (1-Cement; 2-Coarse sand and 4-Graded Stone agrregate 20 MM nominal size) (For Road Repairing/Other work).

Providing and Laying in position specified grade of Reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All works upto plinth level (I) 1:1.5:3 (1-Cement; 1.5-Coarse sand and 3-Graded Stone agrregate 20 MM nominal size) (For Road Repairing/Other work).

Brick work with common burnt clap bricks with cement mortar 1:4.

Cement Plaster work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Making of foundation and cable trench for 990 KVA CSS.

Earthing of distribution transformer including digging of pit of size 2.5 Mtr depth and make hole of size 150 mm. Placing of earthing electrode (to be supplied by contractor), connecting the same with G.I. Strip (to be supplied by contractor) of size 35x6 mm for a minimum length 6 m. treatment of soil with highly condctive substance as per IS 30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recroded in M.B. before and after installation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less than 1 Ohm.

Earthing of support with M.S. Earth rod of 2.5 meter long by hammaring of M.S. Rod to proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of G.I. wire as per construction manual.

Painting of yard Isolator/LA/CT/Structure complete.

Cement Plaster on DTR Plinth side walls in 1:4 ratio

Mounting and Fixing of Lightning arrestor set (3 Nos.) on double pole structure including making all connections by G.I. strip size 35x6 mm to earth point complete work (excluding cost of G.I.Strip)

Cartage of the 33/11 CT/PT/Isolator from store center to construction site with loading and unloading at both points.(Distance 21-50 Km)

Erection of (8,5) MVA T/F at transformer plinth & erection of all accessories i.e. radiators, conservator tank, vent pipee etc., with the help of special type of T&P / crane etc. fitting cable etc. and refilling the fresh oil in radiator and conservator.

Excavation of earth for erection of structure (2x1.1x0.3x0.3)

Grouting of structure in CC 1:3:6 in size (2x1.1x0.3x0.3) mtr.

Earthing of G.I. Pipe Pole dia 1.5 Inch (Length 18-20 Feet) by M.S. Earthing Rod 20x250 mm

Fixing of 33 KV line Isolator Vertical type on ST Pole.

Installation of 33 KV CT PT combined unit.

Fabrication of MS Channel Angle Iron etc. for making T/F Base, in requried sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish of top channel, bracing and special type bracket etc as per RESPO schedule as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Laying of Control cable of all sizes through trench, proper connection at both ends outside in switchyard equipments and inside control room in VCB, control and relay Panels with proper marking, lugs , labelling and ferrules etc

Painting of Transformer as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Repair work of damage Control cable trench cover.

Work of fixing jaal as the top of the surface of cement, concrete after maintaining earthing cover of the ground.

Providing and Spreading of 7mm to 20mm dia round Size of gravel stone in out door switch yard in depth 50mm.

Repairing of old damaged trench including fabrication, fixing of MS angle 50/40X6 mm size (excluding cost of MS angle/ MS bar) on side edge with all excavation, CC work, brick work, fixing of cable support angle one/two tier as required with stopper arrangement at 0.5 mtr gap throughout the length of the trench, making of cable trench covers with MS Bar welded mesh angle frame with lifting hooks, fixing of perforated tray complete including cost of sand, cement, bricks, metal etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge.
