Removal of synthetic enamel paint and the like by thoroughly brushing the surface, scrapping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning all dirt & dust & junken surface and preparation of surface smooth with necessary repairs to scratches including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian,Berger,Nerolac ) on steel galvanised iron/steel works over new steel and other metal surfaces including preparing the surface etc. including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
Painting two coats on previously painted exterior surfaces of Lighthouse tower with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand (Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar - high glossy) to give an even shade after scarping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning, washing the surface etc. at all heights of lighthouse tower including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
Painting two coats on previously painted interior surfaces of Lighthouse tower with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand (Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar - high glossy) to give an even shade after scarping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning, washing the surface etc. at all heights of lighthouse tower including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
Painting two coats with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel Paint over previously painted steel and other metal surfaces of doors, windows, grills, M.S. Gate, Ventilators etc. with Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand ( Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar ) and colour to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
